The chain’s electroless nickel plating plus PVD finish improves resistance to corrosion and wear, while the included PowerLock connector makes installation and removal straightforward. With approval for e‑MTB use, this chain is intended for riders who demand robust performance on modern 12-speed systems.

How is the X0 Eagle T-Type chain different from standard chains?

The T-Type Flattop design features a flattened top plate that increases contact area and stiffness where the chain meets the cassette and chainring, which helps with strength and shift precision. It also uses a solid pin construction optimized for the tight tolerances of Eagle Transmission systems.

Flat top plates for improved load distribution and strength

Solid-pin assembly for consistent pin retention and longevity

Matched to Eagle Transmission geometry for reliable 12-speed shifting

Comes with a PowerLock quick link for easy maintenance

Will this chain hold up on e‑MTB and high‑torque rides?

Yes—the chain is explicitly approved for e‑MTB use and built to withstand the higher forces seen on electric mountain bikes and aggressive riders.
