Shipping policy

Free UK delivery

Every Sportium order is delivered free of charge, with tracking, to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge.

Preparation and delivery times

Orders are prepared by our fulfilment partner at its warehouse in the United States and then delivered to your door.

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland	6–12 working days after dispatch

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Allow a few extra days in December.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for three working days, email sportium.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the courier.

Multiple parcels

A larger order may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking, at no extra cost.

Prices and charges

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT, and delivery is free, so the amount you pay at checkout is the total. If a courier ever asks you for a payment on delivery, do not pay it: email us a photo of the notice and we will sort it out directly.

Damaged parcel or missing item

Photograph the packaging and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and you will not need to deal with the courier.

Missed delivery or wrong address

The courier will leave a card or offer redelivery or collection. Please check your address at checkout; we can change it until the order is dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will refund it in full.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.
