80Six Triple-Certified Multisport Helmet — Sizes Junior–M/L, Ventilated ABS+EPS Protection

The 80Six Triple-Certified Multisport Helmet is a durable, well-ventilated helmet certified for biking, skateboarding, and roller sports that fits ages five and up.

Built by the team behind Triple Eight and 187 Killer Pads and designed in New York, this helmet balances protection, comfort, and everyday wearability. A tough ABS outer shell plus an energy-absorbing EPS liner work together with internal foam pads to deliver a secure, comfortable fit that adapts over time. Triple certification means it meets U.S. CPSC standards for bikes (ages 5+), ASTM F1447 for recreational bicycling or roller skating, and ASTM F1492 for skateboarding and trick roller skating.

How does this helmet protect riders across different sports?

This helmet is engineered to meet multiple safety standards so a single shell can be used for cycling, skateboard tricks, and recreational roller sports. The rigid ABS exterior resists impacts and abrasions while the EPS liner disperses impact energy away from the skull. Internal comfort pads improve fit and add a cushioning layer between liner and head.

• ABS outer shell for surface durability and impact resistance
• EPS foam liner designed to absorb and distribute impact energy
• Certified to CPSC, ASTM F1447, and ASTM F1492 for multi-sport use
• Internal pads that conform to head shape for stable wear

Which sizes fit my child or teen, and how should I measure?

80Six offers three sizes to cover growing kids through adults so you can choose the best fit by head circumference. Use a string or soft tape measure around the widest part of the head, about an inch above the eyebrows, then compare to the size ranges. The adjustable chin strap and side-release buckle allow fine-tuning for a secure feel.

• Junior (5+): 49–52 cm / 19.25–20.5 in
• Small/Medium (8+): 52–56 cm / 20.5–22 in
• Medium/Large (14+): 55–58 cm / 21.7–22.8 in
• Measure at forehead level; tighten strap until snug but comfortable

What comfort and fit features make this helmet wearable for long sessions?

The helmet prioritizes ventilation, internal padding, and a shape that sits comfortably for hours of activity. Vents in the shell let airflow reduce heat buildup while the inner foam pads settle into the head’s contours over repeated use. The classic shell profile also provides good coverage without feeling bulky.

• Ventilated classic shell for extended comfort
• Removable/conforming internal foam pads for custom fit
• Adjustable chin strap with quick-release buckle for convenience
• Low-profile shape that balances coverage and mobility

How durable is the helmet and what warranty does it include?

Materials and construction are chosen to withstand regular outdoor sports and everyday knocks. The ABS outer shell resists scratches and minor impacts while the EPS liner retains its energy-absorbing properties. 80Six backs the helmet with a 180-day limited manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials and workmanship.

• ABs shell resists abrasion and small impacts
• EPS liner maintains impact protection under normal use
• Designed in New York by experienced action-sports manufacturers
• 180-day limited warranty against defects
