APEXUP Adjustable Weight Vest — Empty Training Vest, 1000D Nylon, Breathable Padded Straps & Reflective Accents

The APEXUP Empty Adjustable Weight Vest is a durable, fold-flat training vest that accepts your own sandbags or iron blocks for tailored resistance.

This lightweight, unfilled vest gives you total control over workout weight and balance. Constructed from 1000D nylon with breathable panels and padded straps, it’s designed for high-intensity sessions, long walks, and everyday wear. Reflective accents improve visibility for dawn or dusk training, while the low-profile construction keeps weight snug against your torso to reduce bounce and shifting.

How do I add and size weights for the vest?

Each pocket accommodates inserts up to 4.33" x 1.97" x 1.38", so you can use standard sandbags, iron blocks, or custom-built inserts. Place weights evenly across front and back pockets to maintain stability and a balanced load for safer, more effective movement.

• Accepts blocks or sandbags per pocket: 4.33" x 1.97" x 1.38" maximum
• Fill pockets symmetrically to prevent tilting or imbalance
• Use smaller increments if you need fine-tuned progression

Will the vest stay secure during running, jumping, or high-intensity moves?

The APEXUP vest includes a padded shoulder system and an adjustable waist belt that lock the load close to your body. This zero-bounce fit reduces shifting during sprints, plyometrics, and circuit training so you can focus on form, not readjustments.

• Padded shoulders distribute load to minimize pressure points
• Adjustable waist strap tightens for a firm torso fit
• Low-profile pockets keep weights against your chest and back

How comfortable and durable is this vest for everyday use?

Made from heavy-duty 1000D nylon, the vest resists abrasion from daily training and outdoor use. Breathable panels and a ventilated design help maintain airflow during long sessions, keeping you cooler than bulky, non-ventilated alternatives.

• 1000D nylon shell for long-term durability
• Breathable construction reduces heat buildup during cardio
• Folds flat for compact storage in a gym bag or trunk

Can I train safely outdoors with this vest at night?

Yes—reflective strips on the front and back boost visibility for low-light runs and walks. Combine the vest with a headlamp or reflective clothing for added safety on roads or trails after dark.

• Reflective strips increase visibility to motorists and cyclists
• Lightweight profile won’t interfere with layering over shirts or jackets
• Works well for early-morning walks, evening jogs, or trail conditioning
