APEXUP Adjustable Weighted Vest — Grey Camo 1.81–4.54 kg Range, Neoprene Comfort & Large Pocket

The APEXUP Adjustable Weighted Vest is a neoprene training vest with six removable iron-sand weights that let you dial resistance between three ranges (4–10 lb, 12–18 lb, 20–32 lb) for walking, running, and strength work.

This grey camo APEXUP vest is built to add scalable load to everyday movement without bulky hardware. Soft neoprene construction keeps the weights distributed close to your torso for natural posture and comfort, while reinforced stitching and reflective accents make it durable and safe for outdoor use. A large front mesh pocket and a removable patch area let you carry essentials and personalize your gear.

How do I change the weight and pick the right range?

Adjusting resistance is simple: the vest has six internal pockets that hold the included iron-sand bags. Remove or add bags to reach the total mass that matches your current fitness goals or training phase.

• Start light: use the base vest plus one or two sandbags for 4–10 lb total.
• Intermediate: add three to four bags to reach 12–18 lb for steady progression.
• Advanced: fill all six pockets for 20–32 lb during higher-intensity sessions.
• Fine-tune by relocating or partially inserting bags for small increments.

Will it stay comfortable during runs and gym workouts?

The vest’s soft neoprene lining and even iron-sand distribution reduce shifting and hotspot pressure, so it moves with your body rather than against it. A single-piece design keeps the profile close to your chest and back for stable, natural movement.

• Neoprene shell cushions weight and resists chafing on long outings.
• Iron sand fills prevent concentrated pressure points common in rigid vests.
• Reinforced seams hold up under repetitive motion and loading.
• Reflective straps add visibility when running or cycling at dawn/dusk.

What can I carry in the vest, and is it secure?

A large front mesh pocket stores essentials so you can leave pockets and belts at home. The pocket is roomy enough for a phone, keys, or small wallet, and its placement balances the weight for better stability.

• Front mesh pocket fits most smartphones and small items.
• Pocket positioning keeps center of mass balanced while moving.
• Detachable patch area (3.2" x 2.2") allows personalization or ID patches.
• Mesh material breathes to reduce sweat buildup around stored items.

How durable and safe is the APEXUP weighted vest for outdoor use?

APEXUP designed this vest with durability features and safety details to handle repeated training sessions. Reinforced stitching prevents seam failure, while reflective elements increase visibility when exercising outdoors.

• Heavy-duty stitching along stress points extends product life.
• Reflective strips improve low-light visibility for walkers and runners.
• Evenly distributed iron sand reduces torque on joints and discomfort.
• One-piece cut minimizes snag points on gym equipment and bikes.

Who this is for: The APEXUP Adjustable Weighted Vest suits anyone wanting scalable external load without buying multiple vests — from beginners adding a small challenge to daily walks, to intermediate athletes enhancing cardio and bodyweight routines, to experienced trainees needing up to 32 pounds of portable resistance. Its unisex design, large storage pocket, and reflective detailing make it a practical choice for outdoor runners, home exercisers, cyclists, and strength-focused athletes seeking a compact, adjustable option for progressive overload.
