AUWFV Grip Strength Tester Digital Hand Dynamometer 400lb/180kg — Adjustable Gripper & LCD

The AUWFV Grip Strength Tester is a combined digital hand dynamometer and adjustable gripper that accurately measures up to 400 lb and supports personalized resistance training for rehab, sport, and home fitness.

Compact and built for repeated use, this set pairs a high-precision digital dynamometer with an adjustable mechanical hand gripper to let athletes, therapists, and home users measure, track, and improve grip strength. The dynamometer features a clear LCD, saves multiple user profiles, and reports strength status; the gripper gives steady, battery-free resistance with an integrated rep counter. Materials and calibration prioritize durability and consistent readings so you can make data-driven adjustments to training or recovery plans.

How precise and wide-ranging are the measurements?

The digital dynamometer uses a calibrated strain sensor to deliver fine-grained readings up to 400 pounds (180 kg), with increments of 0.2 lb / 0.1 kg. The large display shows the numeric value plus context—user ID, age, gender, and whether the result is weak, normal, or strong—so you interpret numbers quickly. It can also save the maximum reading for review.

• Maximum capacity: 400 lb / 180 kg
• Resolution: 0.2 lb / 0.1 kg for precise tracking
• Large LCD with user and status indicators
• Stores peak value for each test

What training options does the hand gripper provide?

The adjustable gripper delivers progressive resistance from approximately 11 lb to 132 lb so you can match load to ability and progress gradually. Its mechanical design requires no batteries, and a built-in rep counter helps monitor endurance without relying on external devices. The combination of adjustable tension and a durable build makes it suitable for repeated sessions across different ability levels.

• Resistance range: ~11 lb to 132 lb
• Battery-free mechanical counter tracks repetitions
• Constructed from PP, TRP, and stainless steel for longevity
• Quick adjustments to scale difficulty across sessions

How does the device support multiple users and progress tracking?

The tester can hold up to 19 distinct user profiles with age and gender details so teams and clinics can keep individualized records. Each profile recalls its last test and highlights whether grip strength has improved or declined, enabling clear comparisons during follow-ups. This makes the set useful for coaches, therapists, and households tracking several people.

• Up to 19 user profiles with demographic fields
• Last-record recall and trend indicators (up/down)
• Displays user code, age, gender, and status on one screen
• Simple interface for fast multi-user testing

What materials and features improve durability and usability?

The dynamometer housing is molded from impact-resistant ABS while the gripper uses PP, TRP, and stainless steel components to resist wear, heat, and chemicals. The gripper’s mechanical counter does not require charging, and the digital unit’s interface prioritizes clear on-screen reporting for quick clinical or gym use. An electronic manual is available to reduce paper waste.

• Dynamometer body: ABS for environmental resilience
• Gripper materials: PP, TRP, stainless steel for robustness
• Mechanical rep counter—no charging needed
• Electronic manual downloadable via QR code or product page
