This handlebar blends durable aerospace-grade 6061 aluminum with precision numeric-control bending and a hard anodized finish to deliver a stiff, lightweight steering platform. Available in common mountain widths and two clamp diameters (25.4mm and 31.8mm), it includes visible cut-down marks so you can trim to fit your cockpit. The riser profile shifts your posture for more confident handling on climbs, descents and rough singletrack.
A 120mm rise raises the grips relative to the stem, which reduces reach and lifts your torso slightly for a more upright posture. This can relieve strain on your back and wrists during long rides while giving more leverage for slow technical sections. It’s a common choice for trail, enduro and aggressive all-mountain setups.
The bar is made from 6061 aluminum alloy, a motorcycle- and bicycle-grade alloy known for a good stiffness-to-weight ratio. It receives a hard anodized surface treatment to resist scratches and corrosion. CNC precision bending ensures consistent sweep and geometry across the width, so each handlebar matches specified ergonomics.
Cut-down markings stamped on both sides of the bar let you trim the bar quickly and symmetrically for your preferred width. The handlebar comes in multiple widths (580, 620, 720, 780mm) so you can choose a factory size close to your fit before cutting. The available clamp diameters (25.4mm and 31.8mm) accommodate older and modern stems.
The 31.8mm central clamping area suits most contemporary MTB stems and leaves standard grip and lever space on each side. The bar’s sweep and rise provide room for shifters, brake levers, grips and dropper-post remotes without crowding. For smaller-diameter stems, a 25.4mm option is available to ensure compatibility.
Who is this for? Riders who want a reliable, performance-oriented riser bar—trail and enduro cyclists, aggressive cross-country riders who need extra control, and anyone upgrading from a worn or overly narrow handlebar. If you value consistent manufacturing, easy trimming guides, and a corrosion-resistant finish, the BUCKLOS 31.8mm 780mm handlebar is built to fit modern mountain bike cockpits and deliver stable steering on technical terrain.
Q: What clamp diameter does this handlebar use?
A: Primary option is 31.8mm clamp; a 25.4mm variant is available for older stems.
Q: Can I cut this handlebar to a custom width?
A: Yes. It has cut-down markings on both sides to guide symmetrical trimming.
