Callaway Hex Soft Golf Balls — Two Dozen White, Low-Compression Soft Feel for Longer Straighter Shots

Callaway Hex Soft Golf Balls (Two Dozen) are low-compression, low-spin golf balls engineered to deliver longer, straighter shots with a soft feel around the green.

Designed for players who want a balance of distance and touch, the Callaway Hex Soft combines aerodynamic dimple geometry with a soft core to reduce spin off long clubs while maintaining a responsive feel on short-game shots. The result is a ball that flies farther from the tee and woods, resists excessive curve, and still offers the softness you want for chipping and putting. This two-dozen pack in white gives you a season’s worth of consistent performance and value.

How does the Hex Aerodynamics help my ball flight?

The HEX dimple pattern lowers aerodynamic drag and stabilizes the ball in flight, promoting a more penetrating trajectory. That steadier flight helps maintain speed through the air so you get more carry and roll where course conditions allow.

• Hex-shaped dimples reduce turbulence and drag for cleaner flight.
• Smoother trajectory minimizes distance loss in windy conditions.
• Designed to pair with the low-compression core for optimized launch.

Will these balls increase distance off longer clubs?

Yes — the low compression core is formulated to produce ball speed with reduced spin, which typically translates into longer drives and better distance from woods and hybrids. You’ll notice more roll-out on firm fairways and consistent carry on full shots.

• Low compression core promotes faster ball speed at impact.
• Reduced spin from woods and hybrids leads to more forward roll.
• Balanced construction delivers distance without sacrificing control.

Do Hex Soft balls help reduce hooks and slices?

They are engineered to produce lower driver and iron spin, which helps straighten out ball flights for fewer pronounced hooks and slices. While they won’t correct swing faults, they do make off-center or high-spin shots less extreme.

• Lower spin rates lead to reduced curvature on mis-hit shots.
• Consistent spin profile aids predictability shot to shot.
• Helpful for players seeking straighter ball flights from fairway clubs.

What kind of short-game feel and control can I expect?

The Hex Soft’s soft cover and low compression deliver a noticeably softer touch around the greens and on the putting surface. You’ll get crisp feedback on chip shots and a comfortable, responsive feel on delicate pitches and putts.

• Soft cover enhances greenside grip and feedback.
• Lower compression improves feel on short swings and putts.
• Consistent reaction on chips helps with distance control close to the hole.

Who this is for: Callaway Hex Soft Golf Balls are suited to mid- to high-handicap golfers and any player who prioritizes a softer feel with reduced spin from long clubs for straighter, longer shots. They’re also a practical choice for golfers who want dependable short-game feedback without sacrificing overall distance. The two-dozen white pack makes this a convenient and economical option for frequent players, group play, and practice sessions.
