CAMPROS CP 8-Person Camping Tent — Waterproof, 76in Centre Height, Fast Setup

The CAMPROS CP 8-person tent is a tall, weather-resistant cabin-style shelter that sets up in minutes and gives families room to stand, sleep, and store gear comfortably outdoors.

This large dome cabin blends a near-vertical wall profile and a 76-inch center height to create one of the roomiest 8-person tents for family camping, festivals, or car-camping weekends. Built from waterproof-rated materials with taped seams, a full-coverage rainfly and reinforced stakes, it’s designed to resist wind and rain while the mesh roof and multiple windows provide ventilation and stargazing. Pre-attached poles let you pitch the tent quickly so you spend more time enjoying the trip and less time wrestling with fabric.

How fast is the setup and who can pitch it?

CAMPROS CP engineered this tent for fast, intuitive assembly: the poles are pre-attached and lock into place so a single person can raise the structure in about five minutes. The straightforward layout and labeled connection points remove guesswork, making it ideal for families or weekenders who want a quick arrival at camp.

• Pre-attached shock-corded poles for snap-together setup.
• Color-coded or labeled connections to speed placement.
• Single-person raise possible; two people recommended for faster positioning.
• Includes durable carry bag for organized transport and storage.

Will it keep the interior dry and secure in bad weather?

The tent uses 1000mm waterproof-rated fabric, full seam taping and a full-coverage rainfly with vestibular awning to shed rain effectively. Reinforced steel stakes and a wind-resistant design help stabilize the tent in blustery conditions, while UV-resistant coatings protect fabric from sun exposure.

• 1000mm hydrostatic head fabric and taped seams to reduce leaks.
• Full-coverage rainfly that extends over the entry for added protection.
• Steel stakes and reinforced guy points for improved wind hold.
• UV-resistant fabric coating to slow sun degradation.

How comfortable and ventilated is the space for eight people?

With a 76" center height and near-vertical walls, the interior offers standing room and a layout that feels more like a small cabin than a sloped dome. A large mesh roof, dual mesh windows and mesh door panels provide excellent cross-ventilation and let you enjoy star views without inviting insects inside.

• 76-inch center height lets adults stand upright to dress and move freely.
• Large top mesh panel for stargazing and hot-air release.
• Dual mesh windows and double-door mesh for cross-breeze airflow.
• Interior storage pockets help keep gear organized off the floor.

How easy is it to enter, load gear, and organize sleeping arrangements?

The oversized D-shaped door allows easy passage for people and bulky items like airbeds or coolers. The open floor plan combined with vertical walls creates flexible sleeping layouts—two queen airbeds or multiple sleeping pads—while interior pockets and the vestibule awning provide staging and storage options.

• Extra-wide D-shaped door for comfortable entry and large items.
• Vestibular awning offers protected external storage space.
• Spacious floor plan supports several layout configurations.
• Included gear pockets and loops to keep essentials tidy.
