Concord 12" Propane Outdoor Burner – Single-Propane 100,000 BTU, Portable Cast-Iron Head

Concord 12" THE BLOCK BURNER is a portable, single-propane outdoor burner that delivers up to 100,000 BTU in a compact, 9 lb powder-coated steel frame for backyard cooking, brewing, camping and tailgating.

Designed to combine high output with low weight, the Concord Block Burner uses a Mini Cyclone cast-iron head and a high-pressure 0–20 PSI regulator hose to push heavy flames while remaining easy to carry. Its full 360° welded frame and carrying handle make it durable and transportable; at roughly 12.25" wide and 17" long, it fits into tight spaces yet powers large pots and kettles.

How much heat does this burner actually produce and how is it controlled?

The burner reaches up to 100,000 BTU thanks to the Mini Cyclone cast-iron head and the included high-pressure regulator hose. Flame intensity is adjustable through the regulator, letting you move from a roaring boil to a steady simmer without swapping equipment.

• Maximum output: 100,000 BTU for rapid heating.
• Cast iron Mini Cyclone head for concentrated, consistent flames.
• High-pressure 0–20 PSI regulator hose for reliable control.
• Compatible with standard 20 lb propane cylinders (hose and regulator included).

Is the Block Burner easy to transport and set up at events?

Yes — at approximately 9 pounds the Concord Block Burner is one of the lightest units at this power level, and its integrated handle makes moving it straightforward. The compact footprint and durable frame mean quick setup on a tailgate, campsite, or patio with minimal clearance required.

• Weight: about 9 lbs for easy lifting and carrying.
• Dimensions: 12.25" wide x 17" length x 6.4" height for compact storage.
• Carrying handle and powder-coated finish resist wear from travel.
• Full 360° welded steel frame for secure placement on uneven ground.

What materials and construction features improve longevity and safety?

The burner employs a cast-iron burner head and a powder-coated steel frame to resist heat and corrosion. The welded 360° frame adds rigidity, reducing wobble and protecting the burner head during transport and heavy use.

• Cast iron burner head for heat durability and long life.
• Powder-coated steel frame to resist rust and chipping.
• 360° welded construction for structural strength and stability.
• High-pressure regulator hose included to maintain controlled fuel delivery.

What kinds of cooking and outdoor tasks is this burner best suited for?

The Block Burner is versatile: it accelerates large-volume cooking, supports home brewing kettles, and handles deep-fry or paella pans with ease. Its power and portability make it practical for seasonal entertaining as well as more demanding outdoor projects.

• Home brewing and boil control for extract or all-grain batches.
• Large-pot boiling for clams, crawfish, or outdoor canning.
• Camping and tailgating where high heat is needed quickly.
• Outdoor fryers and high-heat wok or paella pans.
