DEFY Challenge Your Fear Power Lifting Belt Lever Buckle 10mm Genuine Leather Black Large – 4" Back Support, Quick-Adjust

DEFY's Power Lifting Belt is a 10mm genuine oil-tanned cowhide leather lever-buckle belt that delivers firm 4" back support and precise waist adjustment for heavy lifting.

If you train with heavy loads or want a durable, competition-ready belt, this DEFY lever belt combines thick leather, reinforced stitching and a heavy chrome lever to lock your core in place. Sized as Large and finished in black, the belt is built for repeated use in strength training, powerlifting and serious gym sessions. It balances rigid support with quick adjustability so you can secure it tightly before a set and release it instantly after.

How does the 10mm leather construction help during heavy lifts?

The 10mm thickness adds rigidity that resists bending under load so the belt maintains consistent support across your lower back and abdomen. Thick, oil-tanned cowhide also wears well over time, resisting stretching and deformation that can reduce effectiveness.

• 10mm leather thickness for steady, non-compressible support
• Oil-tanned cowhide that resists cracking and absorbs sweat
• Dual stitching to prevent seam failure under repeated strain

What makes the lever buckle better than a prong-style belt?

The heavy-duty chrome lever locks the belt into place with a single motion, offering a more consistent, tighter fit than traditional prong belts. The lever design also lets you set your tension quickly between sets without fiddling with a tongue and multiple holes.

• Chrome lever for fast, secure locking and release
• Ten precision-spaced adjustment holes for fine-tuned fit
• Once engaged the lever minimizes slippage during lifts

Will this belt work for competition and varied training styles?

DEFY built this belt to meet the demands of both training and many federation rules, so it serves well for serious gym work and many sanctioned events. The 4" back profile and robust materials make it suitable across deadlifts, squats and other barbell movements where rigid torso support is beneficial.

• 4" wide back panel for broad lumbar coverage
• Federation-compliant construction for USPA, IPL, WPC and GPC
• Designed for both beginners and competitive lifters

How do I choose the right size and maintain the belt?

Measure your natural waist or where you wear training belts, and match that to the product's Large sizing guidance. Regular leather care and tightening checks will keep the belt performing; avoid soaking it and re-tighten rivets or hardware if needed.

• Use waist measurement to select size; the lever allows fine adjustment
• Wipe clean, condition leather occasionally to prevent drying
• Inspect buckle and stitching before heavy sessions

Who is this for: The DEFY Power Lifting Belt is intended for lifters who want a sturdy, competition-minded leather belt with quick lever adjustment. It suits strength athletes, serious recreational lifters and coaches who need reliable, long-lasting lumbar support during heavy compound lifts. If you value rigid support, fast on/off adjustments and materials that age well, this belt is designed to meet those needs.
