Diamond MMA Compression Shorts with Built-In Jock Strap & Athletic Cup — Small, Low-Profile High-Impact Protection

Diamond MMA Compression Shorts with built-in jock strap and protective athletic cup provide secure, high-impact groin protection without sacrificing mobility or comfort.

These compression shorts combine a snug performance fit with an integrated 4-strap jock system and a purpose-built athletic cup pocket so the guard stays locked in place during intense training and competition. Constructed from premium spandex and military-grade elastics, the system is engineered to reduce cup movement while offering a low-profile feel under shorts or competition gear. An adjustable drawstring and tailored paneling deliver a customizable fit for smaller-sized athletes.

How does the cup stay secure during fast movement?

The Diamond MMA design uses a four-strap jock arrangement and a contoured cup pocket that cradles the cup to prevent both lateral and vertical shift. The cup itself combines a rigid polycarbonate core with a soft elastomer rim, so it locks into place while remaining comfortable against the body.

• 4-strap jock harness that stabilizes cup position
• Tailored pocket shape that reduces cup migration
• Rigid polycarbonate core for impact resistance
• Soft elastomer edge for skin-friendly comfort

Will these shorts fit under my regular gear and allow full mobility?

The compression fit is low-profile and designed to sit discreetly beneath shorts, pants, or fight trunks while enabling full athletic motion. Stretch woven spandex provides freedom of movement and compressive support without bunching or binding during kicks, sprints, or grappling exchanges.

• High-stretch spandex blend for unrestricted movement
• Flat-seam construction to minimize chafe and bulk
• Adjustable drawstring for a locked-in waist fit
• Low-profile silhouette to slide under outerwear

What materials and construction make this protector durable?

Durability comes from a combination of military-grade elastic components and reinforced stitching in high-stress areas. The cup uses a durable polycarbonate core — the same class of thermoplastic used for high-strength protective equipment — paired with a flexible rim to balance protection and comfort.

• Military-grade elastics for long-lasting tension
• Premium spandex fabric that resists wear and retains shape
• Polycarbonate cup core for impact resistance
• Engineered seams and strap anchors for repeated use

How do I clean and maintain the compression jock and cup?

Both the shorts and cup are designed for routine sports-care maintenance. Removing the cup before washing helps preserve the cup's shape; machine wash the shorts on a gentle cycle and air-dry to extend the life of elastics and fabric.

• Remove cup and hand-rinse or wipe after heavy sweat
• Machine wash shorts on gentle cycle, cold water
• Air-dry to protect elastics and fabric integrity
• Inspect straps and cup pocket regularly for wear
