Dolibest Punching Bag Hanger I-Beam Mount — 454 kg Capacity, 360° Swivel, Rust-Resistant

Dolibest Heavy Punching Bag Hanger is a 1000 lb capacity I-beam mount with a full 360° swivel, built to secure heavy bags, aerial yoga rigs, hammocks and resistance systems safely and smoothly.

Constructed for serious home or commercial training spaces, this Dolibest wooden beam hook and ceiling mount pairs high-strength materials with a rust-resistant finish and straightforward hardware to give you a dependable anchor for a wide range of gear. Whether you hang a Muay Thai heavy bag, a speed bag, a yoga swing, or a resistance-band anchor, the 360° swivel minimizes torque and wear while allowing predictable motion during workouts.

How much weight can this hanger safely hold?

The Dolibest hanger is rated to support up to 1000 lbs when installed according to instructions on appropriate structural beams or joists. The high-strength construction and reinforced swivel distribute loads to reduce stress on a single point.

• Rated capacity: 1000 lb (load-tested for heavy equipment)
• Heavy-gauge materials and welds minimize deformation under load
• Designed for attachment to solid wood beams, I-beams, or concrete with proper anchors

Will the 360° rotation improve my training or cause unwanted swinging?

The built-in 360° swivel allows controlled rotation to simulate realistic bag movement and reduce twisting forces on mounting hardware. It helps the bag return to neutral more predictably, while still permitting natural motion for technique work.

• Full swivel for circular strikes and ground-and-pound drills
• Rotational action reduces torque transfer to beam or ceiling fasteners
• Smooth motion helps prolong life of straps and chains

Is this mount durable enough for damp garages or outdoor setups?

Dolibest applies a rust-resistant coating to the mount so it withstands humid garages, basements, and occasional outdoor exposure better than bare metal. Proper placement and periodic inspection still help ensure long-term performance.

• Protective finish guards against corrosion and pitting
• Heavy-duty plating and paint retain aesthetics under frequent use
• Recommended for semi-sheltered locations; avoid constant exposure to open elements

How easy is installation and what equipment is included?

Installation is designed to be straightforward: the package includes the primary mount, swivel hook, and the fasteners required for typical wood beam or solid structural mounting. Users should verify beam integrity and use proper anchors for masonry or steel.

• Comes with mounting hardware for wood-beam installations
• Clear step-by-step instructions make setup quicker with common tools
• Requires appropriate fasteners or anchors for concrete or steel support (not included)

Who this is for: The Dolibest Heavy Punching Bag Hanger suits athletes, trainers, and homeowners who need a robust, low-maintenance ceiling or beam anchor for heavy bags, aerial yoga rigs, hammocks, or resistance-band systems. Choose this mount if you want a high-capacity, rotatable solution that reduces stress on mounting points and delivers predictable motion for martial arts, fitness, or recreational setups. Ensure you install it on structurally sound beams or use professional installation for nonstandard surfaces.
