DOOHALO Toddler Swim Vest Medium (12.7–18.1 kg) Yellow Dinosaur — Detachable Foam Inserts & Arm Float Support

DOOHALO toddler swim vest with detachable foam blocks and arm floats is a training aid that helps 3–5 year olds (28–40 lbs) gain buoyancy and confidence while learning to swim.

This compact training vest combines a front zipper, adjustable back buckle and integrated arm waistband floats to keep young swimmers supported while allowing natural arm and leg movement. The bright yellow dinosaur print improves visibility in pools and at water parks, and the vest’s sewn-in yet removable foam inserts let caregivers customize buoyancy as children progress from assisted floats to independent kicking and paddling.

How does this swim vest help children start swimming?

The DOOHALO vest provides gentle buoyancy around the torso and sleeves so kids can experience horizontal floating while keeping their arms free to move. The design supports body alignment and helps children practice kicking and arm strokes with reduced fear of sinking.

• Full-front zipper for quick on/off when entering or exiting water.
• Arm waistband floats add lateral stability without restricting arm motion.
• Detachable foam blocks let you reduce or increase buoyancy as skills improve.
• Adjustable back strap and safety buckle ensure a snug fit for different body shapes.

What safety features should parents expect on this vest?

This is a swim aid, not a lifesaving device; still, it includes multiple features that help keep the vest secure and visible. Reinforced sleeves, dual fastening points and a strong buckle help prevent slippage while the dinosaur color improves pool visibility for supervising adults.

• Secure back safety buckle plus adjustable strap to minimize shifting.
• Double-shelf sleeve construction keeps arm floats in place.
• Bright yellow color and large dinosaur motif for easy spotting by parents.
• Foam inserts sewn for stability but removable for tailored buoyancy.

Will this vest fit my child and let them move comfortably?

The medium size is made for children roughly 3–5 years old, 28–40 lbs, 95–110 cm tall and chest up to 56 cm. The vest is shaped to allow full leg kick and free arm motion so children can practice natural swimming movements while feeling supported.

• Medium size recommended for 28–40 lbs (3–5 years) with chest circumference up to 56 cm.
• Cut allows unrestricted leg movement for improved kicking practice.
• Arm openings and waistband floats designed for a balance of support and mobility.
• Front zipper simplifies dressing and bathroom breaks.

How should caregivers use and care for this swim vest?

Use the vest only under adult supervision and never as a substitute for lifejackets or swimming lessons. After use, rinse with fresh water, air dry away from direct heat, and store flat to preserve the foam inserts and fabric.

• Always supervise children actively when in or near water.
• Rinse chlorinated or saltwater off and hang to air dry fully before storing.
• Remove foam inserts when washing the outer shell, if recommended on the care label.
• Check straps, buckles and foam for wear before each use.
