Earth Pak 20L Waterproof Dry Bag Roll-Top – 500D PVC Marine Sack with IPX8 Phone Case

Earth Pak 20L Waterproof Dry Bag is a rugged roll-top marine dry sack that keeps clothes, electronics and essentials dry during kayaking, boating, paddleboarding or fishing.

This 20-liter pack balances capacity and portability: large enough for a change of clothes and valuables, yet compact and lightweight when rolled down for storage. Constructed from abrasion-resistant 500D PVC and fitted with a reliable roll-top seal, the bag is designed to stand up to regular wet-weather use. It also arrives with an IPX8 waterproof phone case so you can protect your phone and still snap photos from your watercraft.

How does the Earth Pak 20L dry bag protect gear on the water?

The bag uses a traditional roll-top closure combined with heavy-duty seam construction to form a watertight barrier. The 500D PVC outer layer resists tears and abrasion, helping the sack hold up against rocks, rope and paddle contact. For small electronics, the included IPX8 phone case offers an extra layer of protection and photo-ready clear windows.

• Roll-top closure creates a secure, compressible seal.
• 500D PVC fabric resists punctures and rubbing.
• IPX8 phone case fits phones up to 6.5 inches and allows camera use.
• Durable seams designed for repeated exposure to water and sun.

What can you pack in a 20L waterproof dry sack?

The 20L volume is versatile: it will hold a couple of extra clothing layers, towels, snacks, and small safety gear without taking over your cockpit. It’s also roomy enough for a mid-size camera or multiple smaller items kept organized in pouches. Because the bag compresses when rolled, it fits neatly into tight spaces on kayaks, canoes and SUPs.

• Change of clothes, small towel and toiletries for day trips.
• Waterproof storage for a compact camera or binoculars.
• Snacks, repair kit, sunscreen, and small first-aid items.
• Phone, wallet and keys in the included waterproof case.

How comfortable is it to carry and store during trips?

Earth Pak sizes vary; the 20L model includes an adjustable 24–42 inch shoulder strap for hands-free transport. The strap allows you to sling the bag across your body or shoulder, and the roll-down design compresses to a slim profile for storage under seats or on deck rigs. For longer expeditions, larger sizes add backpack-style straps and waist support.

• Adjustable shoulder strap (24–42 inches) for the 20L model.
• Compresses small when rolled to save space on board.
• Lightweight design avoids adding unnecessary bulk.
• Optional larger sizes available with backpack straps and sternum belt.

Is this dry bag durable enough for frequent use?

The bag is built for regular outdoor use with rugged materials and reinforced construction. The abrasion-resistant fabric and strong sealing system minimize wear from contact with boats, rocks and gear. Earth Pak also backs its products with a five-year warranty, signaling long-term confidence in the build quality.

• Abrasion-resistant 500D PVC withstands rough surfaces.
• Reinforced seams reduce risk of leaks under stress.
• Five-year warranty for coverage on manufacturing defects.
• Lightweight but heavy-duty hardware for repeated use.
