EvoShield Pro-SRZ 2.0 Batter's Double-Strap Elbow Guard White Large — Gel-to-Shell Moulded, Extended Triceps Coverage

The EvoShield Pro-SRZ 2.0 Batter's Double Strap Elbow Guard is a form-fitting, air-activated Gel-to-Shell elbow protector that molds to your arm for lightweight, full-triceps coverage and secure double-strap fit.

Built for travel ball, high school, and college hitters, the Pro-SRZ 2.0 combines a flexible fit out of the box with rapid hardening once activated, giving batters a tailored fit and broad dispersion of impact. The updated silhouette extends protection up the triceps without adding bulk, and interior comfort mesh manages moisture so you stay focused at the plate. Reflective accents and iridescent pull tabs add visibility under lights, while two adjustable straps lock the guard in place for aggressive swings.

How does the Gel-to-Shell technology create a custom fit?

The guard ships as a pliable gel that becomes rigid after brief exposure to air, conforming to the exact contours of your elbow and arm. This conversion happens within minutes, producing a personalized molded shell that feels like a one-to-one fit.

• Air-activated material hardens quickly for a bespoke fit
• Conforms to bicep and triceps for consistent contact and coverage
• Molding process is simple and repeatable before final set

What protection and coverage does the Pro-SRZ 2.0 provide?

The guard is engineered to spread force across its surface using dispersion technology, reducing concentrated pressure on the point of impact. With a longer profile than traditional elbow pads, it shields the elbow and extends up the triceps to protect more of your hitting arm.

• Dispersion Technology channels impact over a wider area
• Extended length covers the elbow and triceps for extra safety
• Lightweight yet durable shell for game-ready mobility

How does it stay comfortable during long games and hot stretches?

Inside the guard, modern comfort mesh wicks moisture and reduces friction against the skin so you remain focused and unencumbered. The double-strap system secures the guard without cutting circulation, while reflective accents maintain visibility in low-light conditions.

• Interior comfort mesh manages sweat and reduces irritation
• Two adjustable straps with iridescent pull tabs for secure fit
• Low-profile design preserves elbow mobility for swinging and throwing

How do I choose the right size and fit for my arm?

Measure the circumference of your bicep around the widest point to determine fit: the large size fits arms above the small cutoff (small fits under 10 inches). The Gel-to-Shell molding process then custom-forms the guard to your shape for a snug, secure profile.

• Small recommended for arms under 10 inches circumference
• Large accommodates bigger biceps and longer reach up the triceps
• Measure bicep circumference to select size before molding

Choose this guard if you need extended triceps coverage, reliable dispersion of impact, and a moisture-managing interior—without sacrificing range of motion. If you’re uncertain about sizing, measure your bicep circumference and follow the included molding steps to achieve a custom fit before game time.
