FEIERDUN Adjustable Dumbbell Set 5-in-1 907 g–4.54 kg — Compact 1s Quick-Adjust, Non-Rolling

The FEIERDUN 5-in-1 Adjustable Dumbbell Set is a compact, square-designed hand weight system that lets you switch between 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 lb in one second for efficient home and outdoor workouts.

These dual-stable dumbbells are engineered for women who need a space-saving, easy-to-adjust solution for strength, toning, and circuit training. The 4.5-inch soft TPU handle with raised dot texture provides a secure grip, while the square ends prevent rolling and double-lock rotation keeps plates locked during movement. Designed to fit into tight storage spaces (under 0.2 ft²) and travel bags, this set aims to streamline your routine whether you train at home, at the office, or outdoors.

How fast and easy is it to change weights during a workout?

Switching resistance takes a single second thanks to FEIERDUN’s 1S quick adjustment mechanism. The system is built for minimal interruption so you can keep up tempo during supersets or timed circuits. The 45° rotation lock secures the selected weight and prevents accidental changes mid-set.

• Instant weight selection between 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 lb
• One-second adjustment to maintain workout flow
• 45° rotation locking for safety and stability

Will these dumbbells stay put and feel stable during exercises?

The square-shaped endcaps eliminate rolling, which enhances safety and makes floor transitions like push-ups straightforward. The double-locked mechanism adds a secondary safety layer so plates remain firmly attached. Together, those features reduce wobble and give a confident feel during dynamic moves.

• Square ends for non-rolling stability
• Dual locking system for secure weight plates
• Stable base suitable for floor-based exercises

Are the handles comfortable for repeated use and sweaty hands?

FEIERDUN designed a 4.5-inch handle using soft TPU material with raised dots to improve friction and comfort. The grip size fits most hands and reduces pressure points during longer sets. The textured surface helps maintain control even when your palms get sweaty.

• 4.5-inch ergonomic handle for most hand sizes
• TPU construction provides cushioning and durability
• Raised dot texture enhances grip in high-sweat sessions

How compact and portable are these dumbbells for small spaces or travel?

This set occupies under 0.2 ft², making it simple to tuck into a closet, under a bed, or into a gym bag. The single-piece design replaces multiple loose weights, cutting clutter and saving storage space. That compact footprint also makes the set more convenient for taking outdoors or to a workplace workout.

• Total storage footprint under 0.2 ft²
• Single adjustable unit replaces five separate dumbbells
• Lightweight enough to carry in a bag for outdoor sessions
