How sturdy is this bench for heavy lifting?

The FitGoods bench uses 1.6mm commercial-grade steel and a reinforced frame engineered to hold up to 660 lbs, so it’s designed to handle heavy barbells, dumbbells, and rigorous use. Reinforced welds and a wide base add stability under load, reducing wobble during pressing movements.

• 660 lbs maximum capacity rated for heavy lifts
• Wide base and reinforced joints to reduce lateral movement

What adjustment angles and exercise options does it offer?

This model lets you switch quickly between incline, flat, and decline bench positions plus multiple seat settings to suit different exercises. That flexibility supports chest presses, shoulder presses, incline flyes, decline sit-ups, and many seated or supine strength movements.

• Multiple backrest angles from decline to incline for varied muscle targeting
• Adjustable seat positions to stabilize positioning during presses
• Works for bench press, sit-ups, dumbbell rows, and shoulder work

Is the bench comfortable for longer sets and repeated sessions?

Comfort is addressed with 1.8-inch thick soft foam padding and durable PU leather that resists wear while providing support. The 28-inch backrest and 13.4-inch seat dimensions give generous coverage so your body is supported during heavier or longer sets.

• 1.8-inch foam padding for cushioning under load
• Durable PU leather upholstery that cleans easily
• Large backrest and seat sizes for better body contact and support

How compact is it for storage, and does it need assembly?

The FitGoods bench folds down to a compact footprint that reduces storage space by up to 80% compared with a full bench, making it practical for apartments or garages. It ships ready to use with no complex assembly required, so you can set it up in minutes and fold it away after training.

• Foldable design for up to 80% smaller storage footprint
• No assembly required — ready out of the box
• Lightweight enough to move but sturdy enough for heavy training
