Fly Racing Rayce Full-Face MTB/BMX Helmet Matte Grey Small — Lightweight, Ventilated Protection

Fly Racing Rayce is a certified, lightweight full-face helmet built for MTB and BMX riders who need dependable protection, ventilation, and a secure, comfortable fit.

The Rayce combines a poly-alloy outer shell with a multi-density EPS liner to meet recognized cycling and gravity-riding standards, while keeping weight low for better control and less fatigue. Designed for trail, park, and downhill settings, this Matte Grey small size model balances coverage, airflow, and quick-fit features like a D-ring strap and adjustable visor. Its removable, washable liner and cheek pads make maintenance simple between sessions.

What safety standards does this helmet meet?

The Rayce was engineered and tested to align with major certification requirements common to mountain and urban cycling. It satisfies ASTM F1952-15 for downhill, CPSC 1203 for bicycle helmets, and CE EN1078 for European cycling and skating standards, demonstrating compliance across disciplines.

• Poly-alloy outer shell with EPS inner liner for impact management
• ASTM F1952-15 tested for gravity/downhill use
• CPSC 1203 and CE EN1078 approved for broad cycling application

How does the Rayce manage heat and airflow during intense rides?

Ventilation is handled by Fly Racing’s TFV (True Functional Ventilation) system, which directs fresh air in through multiple intakes and channels heat out through exhaust ports. This continuous airflow lowers internal temperatures during high-exertion segments and long park laps.

• Multiple intake and exhaust ports for constant air circulation
• Internal channeling that moves hot air away from the head
• Practical design for sustained cooling without compromising coverage

Will this helmet stay comfortable and clean after repeated use?

The Rayce includes a removable, washable liner and cheek pads so you can refresh the interior after muddy days or sweaty sessions. The padding maintains shape and comfort, while the lightweight construction (approx. 930 g in size M) helps reduce neck strain over extended rides.

• Removable/washable liner for easy hygiene
• Cheek pads that can be removed and replaced as needed
• Balanced, low-weight feel to minimize rider fatigue

How does the fit and adjustment system work for different riding styles?

A secure D-ring strap provides a reliable closure widely favored in gravity disciplines, and the visor uses aluminium hardware for quick micro-adjustments. These features let you fine-tune fit and sightlines whether you’re sprinting berms, hitting jumps, or descending technical trails.

• D-ring strap closure for trusted, repeatable security
• Adjustable visor with aluminium hardware for position control
• Small sizing option tuned to riders needing a compact fit
