Franklin Sports Family Soft Bocce Set – 8 Soft PVC Balls, 40mm Pallino, Carrying Case for Indoor & Outdoor Play

The Franklin Sports Family Soft Bocce Set is an eight-ball soft PVC bocce kit with a 40mm pallino, made for safe, portable play indoors or outdoors for all ages.

Enjoy the traditional strategy of bocce with a softer, safer twist—this Franklin Sports set replaces hard resin or metal balls with cushioned 90mm molded PVC so families, kids, and casual players can play on grass, sand, driveways, or living-room floors without worry. The kit includes eight color-coded balls and a compact carrying case so you can grab-and-go for backyard gatherings, beach days, or after-school fun.

How is this bocce set different from standard bocce balls?

Rather than heavy, solid bocce balls, these are made from soft molded PVC that reduces impact and protects surfaces. The lighter weight makes it easier for younger players to learn the game and keeps play quieter in shared spaces.

• 90mm diameter soft molded PVC balls for gentler play
• Color-coded pairs (red, blue, yellow, green) for clear team distinction
• 40mm soft pallino scoring jack included for complete gameplay
• Designed for all-weather use and indoor-friendly surfaces

Where can I play with the Franklin Sports Family Soft Bocce Set?

This kit is versatile enough for many settings: it performs well on lawns, beaches, parks, patios, and gym floors. Because the balls are soft, you won’t need a special bocce court and can set up in tighter or shared spaces.

• Backyards and neighborhood parks for casual matches
• Beach play—sand-friendly, easy to find landing spot
• Indoors in a living room or community center without damaging floors
• Portable for picnics, tailgates, or holiday gatherings

What does the set include and how easy is it to carry?

The set ships ready to play with everything needed for a standard four-player game. Franklin Sports adds a lightweight carrying case that keeps all eight balls and the pallino organized and transport-ready so you can store it in a closet or trunk without taking up much space.

• Eight 90mm soft PVC bocce balls: two each in red, blue, yellow, green
• One 40mm soft pallino scoring jack
• Compact carrying case for storage and travel
• Quick setup—unpack and start playing in minutes

Is this set suitable for children and casual players?

Yes—this Franklin Sports Family Soft Bocce Set was designed with safety and simplicity in mind. The softer construction reduces risk of injury and damage, making it a great entry-level option for families, schools, and recreational programs.

• Soft material reduces bounce and impact for safer play
• Bright colors help kids keep track of their balls
