Franklin Sports NHL Championship Steel Street Hockey Goal — 72" Regulation Size, Heavy-Gauge Steel with Roll-A-Goal Wheels

This goal replicates the official dimensions used in competitive play while standing up to hard shots thanks to 1.5-inch heavy-duty steel tubing and a pre-fit high-performance net. Designed for backyard, driveway, or roller-hockey rinks, the unit balances authentic feel with practical features—like the Roll-A-Goal wheel system—that make setup and movement straightforward for players, coaches, and families.

How does this goal handle frequent, high-impact play?

The frame is built from heavy gauge steel tubing with 1.5-inch diameter posts designed to resist bending and absorb impact from pucks and balls. Welded joints and thick tubing reduce flex under force so the frame maintains its shape through seasons of use.

• 1.5-inch heavy-duty steel posts for impact resistance
• Welded construction to minimize movement at joints
• Durable powder-coat finish to resist rust and wear outdoors
• Pre-fit high-performance net that holds up to repeated shots

Is it easy to move and reposition between games?

The integrated Roll-A-Goal wheel technology lets you move the full frame without lifting. Simply tilt and roll the goal to reposition or store it, saving time during practices and making it easier for one person to handle.

• Built-in wheels for smooth relocating on pavement or rinks
• No heavy lifting required—tilt and roll operation
• Wheels centered to maintain balance when moving
• Quick repositioning useful for drills and small-space play

What size and authenticity can players expect?

At 72 inches wide by 48 inches tall, this goal matches regulation dimensions used in league play, providing realistic target areas and rebound angles for training. The full-size frame helps goalies and shooters practice with the same spatial challenges they would face in competitive games.

• Regulation 72" x 48" size for authentic practice
• True-to-game angles and net depth for realistic rebounds
• Appropriate for youth to adult training scenarios
• Solid frame that holds net shape for consistent play

How simple is setup and maintenance?

Assembly is straightforward with clear instructions; the pre-fit net reduces time aligning and attaching material to the frame. Routine care—tightening hardware, checking welds, and keeping the net clean—extends the life of the goal whether it’s used outdoors or inside roller rinks.

• Pre-fit net for faster installation
• Standard hardware and clear instructions included
• Basic maintenance: tighten bolts, rinse net, inspect tubing
• Powder-coat finish reduces corrosion from outdoor use
