Golf Pride CP2 Pro Golf Grips Midsize 13-Pack — Control Core, Soft High-Tack Comfort

The Golf Pride CP2 Pro Midsize is a 13-pack of soft, high-tack golf grips engineered with Control Core technology to reduce forearm torque and increase comfort for more consistent swings.

These midsize grips from Golf Pride combine a cushioned rubber feel with an internal compression layer to change how the shaft reacts during the golf swing. Engineered to mimic extra lower-hand wraps, the CP2 Pro eases tension and supports a more repeatable release without sacrificing feedback. Supplied as a 13-pack, this set fits a full iron/wedge or mixed-club regrip for players who prefer a thicker grip diameter.

How do these grips affect my swing feel and tension?

CP2 Pro grips are designed to encourage a lighter hold by simulating four extra wraps of tape in the lower hand, which helps many golfers reduce grip pressure. The softer compound cushions impact and offers a secure, tacky surface so you can hold on without squeezing too hard.

• Control Core layer lowers torsional movement for steadier clubface control
• Midsize diameter reduces wrist action and excessive hand rolling
• High-tack exterior gives consistent contact in all conditions

Will these be comfortable for long rounds and cold-weather play?

The soft rubber compound provides fatigue-reducing cushioning during prolonged use, while the tacky finish helps maintain a sure grip when temperatures drop. Comfort and grip stability are balanced so you retain feel without harsh vibrations.

• Soft, shock-absorbing rubber minimizes hand strain over 18 holes
• High-tack surface improves grip in cool or damp conditions
• Midsize profile increases palm support and reduces cramping

How do I know these will fit my clubs and installation needs?

These grips come in a true midsize specification that fits most standard iron and wedge shafts after normal installation with grip tape and solvent. A 13-pack covers a full set of irons or a mixed set layout; they can also be trimmed or paired with adapters if you install on woods or putter shafts requiring different cores.

• Midsize bore compatible with standard taper shafts and tape install
• 13 grips allow regripping an entire iron set plus an extra club
• Can be cut or used with adapters for non-standard shafts or putters

What performance advantages does Control Core technology provide?

Control Core is an internal stabilizing insert that reduces shaft twist through the hit, producing a steadier clubface at impact. The technology helps players who struggle with torque-related dispersion by offering more predictable feel and ball flight without changing swing mechanics.

• Reduces torsional flex to improve face control through impact
• Promotes tighter shot dispersion for many golfers
• Delivers stability while preserving a soft outer feel for feedback

Who is this for: The Golf Pride CP2 Pro Midsize 13-pack is ideal for golfers seeking a thicker grip that lowers forearm tension and improves consistency — especially mid- to high-handicappers, players with larger hands, those who experience grip fatigue, and anyone wanting the combination of a soft feel with added torque control. It’s sold as a full set pack for easy regripping of irons and assists players who prefer a secure, comfortable hold without losing shot feel.
