Bring a tidy, comfortable base to the beach, park, or campsite with a lightweight mat that folds small for travel. The HIHOHO beach blanket combines a water-resistant nylon surface, corner pockets and anchor stakes to stay put on windy shores, and a compact carry bag for easy transport. It’s built to shake off sand, machine-wash, and dry fast so outdoor days stay focused on fun, not cleanup.

How large is the blanket and how many people can it fit?

The blanket measures 79" × 108", offering generous coverage for small groups or families. Although advertised for 1–8 adults depending on seating style, it comfortably fits 2–5 adults seated with room for belongings. Its oversized design also makes it handy for picnics with food spread out or as a ground cover for outdoor gear.

• Full spread: 79" × 108" (200 cm × 274 cm) for group seating or laying out items.
• Packed size: folds to roughly 5.1" × 7.5" for compact storage.
• Lightweight: about 1.08 lbs, easy to carry without extra bulk.

What features keep sand and water from sticking to the mat?

The top fabric is quick-drying nylon with a water-resistant finish that prevents puddling and sheds light moisture. Sand releases easily—just shake the blanket or brush it off. Built-in corner pockets allow you to add weight (sand, stone) and the included ABS anchor stakes and carabiner provide additional security on windy days.

• Water-resistant nylon surface for quick drying and minimal moisture absorption.
• Four corner pockets for filling with sand or small stones to weigh the corners down.
• Includes four durable ABS anchor stakes and a carabiner for secure fastening.

How portable and durable is the HIHOHO beach mat for travel?

The design focuses on travel convenience: the blanket compresses small and tucks into a lightweight carry bag for beach days, park visits, or camping. Constructed from durable nylon, it resists tearing and maintains its water-resistant properties through repeated use. The mat is also machine washable to simplify cleaning after adventures.

• Carry bag included for compact transport and storage.
• Machine washable—avoid bleach and fabric softener to preserve waterproof coating.
• Stitching and material chosen for travel durability and repeated packing.

What accessories come with the blanket and why do they matter?

HIHOHO supplies a small kit so the mat is ready for windy, sandy locations. Anchor stakes help pin the corners into soft ground while the carabiner and carry bag keep the set organized. These extras make it easier to secure the mat and reduce the need to improvise solutions on the spot.

• One waterproof sandproof blanket included in the package.
• Four ABS anchor stakes for secure anchoring on sand or soil.
• One carabiner and one carry bag to keep everything tidy and portable.
