Hipiwe Ceiling Anchor Hooks — 2-Pack Steel Mount Plates for Suspension Straps, Rated 340 kg, Includes Wood & Masonry Screws

Hipiwe Ceiling Anchor Hooks are a rugged two-pack of wall/ceiling mounting plates that create safe, permanent anchor points for suspension straps, rings, battle ropes and resistance trainers.

Engineered for home gyms and commercial spaces, these 4.72-inch steel plates bolt to studs, joists or concrete to convert a room or outdoor overhang into a full‑range training station. Each kit includes two mounts, two sets of screws for wood and masonry, and clear assembly instructions so you can install secure anchors quickly and start using your suspension system, rings or ropes with confidence.

How do these anchors make a home workout setup more effective?

By providing a solid, dedicated attachment point, the Hipiwe mounts let you position suspension trainers and other equipment exactly where you need them for full‑range movements. Fixed anchor points increase training options, letting you progress from beginner holds to dynamic, compound exercises safely. The durable welded steel construction minimizes flex so straps stay stable under load.

• Creates permanent anchor points for suspension straps, rings and ropes
• Supports varied angles for pulling, pressing and core drills
• Reduces lateral movement for more controlled reps and safer workouts

Where can I install Hipiwe Ceiling Anchor Hooks and what hardware is included?

The mounts are designed to attach to interior walls, ceiling joists, rafters or exterior beams; the package includes two screw sets so you can fasten to wood or concrete. Installation takes minutes with the right tools, but professional mounting is recommended for guaranteed load capacity and correct placement. The included instructions outline torque and spacing guidance.

• Two plate mounts for dual-anchor setups or mirrored training stations
• Screw set for wood studs and separate set for masonry/concrete
• Mounting instructions with recommended fastener depths and safety tips

What loads and types of equipment can these anchors handle?

Hipiwe anchors are rated to support heavy loads, making them suitable for body‑weight suspension training, CrossFit rings, battle ropes, yoga swings and many resistance systems. The welded steel build and permanent paint finish resist wear from repeated use. While the mount supports high static and dynamic loads, always check your mounting surface and fasteners match the advertised capacity.

• Rated support up to 750 pounds when properly installed
• Compatible with most suspension straps, rings, bands and ropes
• Durable steel plate and welded attachment loop for secure fastening

How do I choose placement and maintain the anchor for long life?

Place anchors where there is clear overhead space and a solid structural member behind the mounting surface—studs, joists or concrete. Leave enough clearance from walls and fixtures to allow full strap movement. Periodically inspect fasteners and the welded loop for corrosion or looseness and tighten or replace hardware as needed.

• Locate center of stud or joist; avoid drywall‑only mounting
• Allow ample clearance for strap swing and exercise range
• Inspect hardware every few months and after heavy use

Who is this for? The Hipiwe Ceiling Anchor Hooks suit home gym owners, small studio operators and athletes who want a permanent, heavy‑duty anchor for suspension trainers, rings or rope work. If you need a reliable, compact mounting solution that converts a room, garage or outdoor beam into a versatile training point, this two‑pack offers the hardware, options and load capacity to support progressive strength, mobility and functional fitness routines.
