HydraPak PocketFlask soft flask 500ml 2-Pack — low-profile collapsible, leak-resistant

The HydraPak PocketFlask Compressible 500ml is a low-profile, collapsible soft flask designed to sit comfortably in slim running-belt and vest pockets while delivering leak-resistant, high-flow hydration.

Built for runners, fastpackers and minimal-gear athletes, the PocketFlask pairs a tapered, pinch-welded shape with a small 28mm locking cap and HydraPak's Blaster Bite valve to reduce movement, prevent drips and tuck away neatly when empty. Each pack contains two 500 ml flasks made from flexible TPU and finished with durable fittings so you can carry liquid without the bulk or bounce of rigid bottles.

How does the PocketFlask fit into tight running belts and vest pockets?

The PocketFlask has the lowest profile in the HydraPak lineup, shaped to slide into the slimmest pockets. Its narrow cap and tapered body reduce interference with fabric and seams so the flask lies flat against your hip or back.

• Tapered pinch-welded bottom for a slim silhouette
• 28mm low-diameter locking cap to avoid poking or pressure points
• Flexible TPU body conforms to pocket contours
• Compact dimensions: 280 mm x 80 mm (11 in x 3.1 in)

Will the flask leak while I’m running or moving quickly?

Leak control is handled by the 28mm locking cap and a self-sealing Blaster Bite valve, which together stop drips while allowing high-flow drinking on the move. The locking cap operates easily with one thumb so you can secure it quickly before activity.

• Thumb-operated 28mm locking cap for fast open/close
• Blaster Bite valve delivers high flow without dribbling
• Secure fittings made from POM and PP for durable sealing

How does the PocketFlask behave as you drink—is it bulky when empty?

The collapsible TPU construction shrinks as liquid is consumed, reducing slosh and pack space. When empty, the soft flask packs down and stays compact in pockets or bags, making it easy to stash until you refill.

• Soft, collapsible material conforms to pockets and reduces movement
• Shrinks as you drink to minimize slosh and pack size
• Lightweight: about 32 g (1.1 oz) per flask

What are the materials, care basics, and warranty coverage?

The PocketFlask uses TPU for the bladder, PP and POM for fittings, and a silicone bite valve — materials chosen for flexibility and durability. Basic rinsing and air-drying keep it clean; avoid long-term storage with residual liquids. HydraPak backs the product with a Beyond Lifetime Warranty for repair or replacement if problems arise.

• Materials: TPU bladder, PP/POM fittings, silicone valve
• Care: rinse, dry open, avoid prolonged heat exposure
• Warranty: Beyond Lifetime Warranty — repair or replace when needed

Who this is for: The HydraPak PocketFlask 500ml 2-pack is ideal for trail and road runners, race-day athletes, fastpackers and anyone who prefers minimal gear. If you use slim belts or form-fitting vests and want a lightweight, leak-resistant option that collapses when empty, this flask is designed to solve those needs without extra bulk.
