HydraPak Tempo Pro handheld running squeeze bottle, 525ml Blue — slim, ventilated HandStrap

HydraPak Tempo Pro is a slim, 525ml handheld squeeze bottle with a breathable HandStrap that secures comfortably to your wrist for effortless hydration on the run.

The Tempo Pro combines a slim, ergonomic bottle profile with HydraPak’s ventilated sandal-cut HandStrap so you can carry water without gripping tightly. At 525 mL (17 fl oz) and only 62 g (2.2 oz), it’s designed to sit naturally in your hand, let you squeeze high flow, and stay leakproof when closed. The bottle is dishwasher-safe and the strap detaches for separate cleaning.

How does the HandStrap improve comfort during long runs?

The unique sandal-cut HandStrap distributes pressure across the back of the hand and around the wrist, reducing hotspots and allowing more airflow than a full glove-style strap. It keeps the bottle stable so your fingers can relax while you run.

• Breathable padded top piece minimizes irritation and heat build-up
• Wraps around wrist to share the load instead of forcing a tight grip
• Adjustable webbing clips to fine-tune left- or right-hand fit

Will the bottle squeeze easily and fit my running vest?

The Tempo Pro’s slim shape and Grip Groove are engineered for an easy, high-flow squeeze even when you’re moving fast. When you’re not holding it, the trimmed profile slides into most running vests or pack pockets so you don’t need extra carriers.

• Trimmed dimensions (237 x 61 mm) for compact pack storage
• Grip Groove enhances control and reduces hand tension while squeezing
• Leakproof sport cap closes securely for pocket transport

How simple is cleaning and maintenance?

HydraPak designed the Tempo Pro for low-effort care: cap and nozzle twist apart so pieces fit on the dishwasher’s top rack, and the HandStrap unclips for separate washing. Materials are chosen to dry quickly and stay odor-resistant with normal use.

• Dishwasher-safe components (top rack recommended)
• Removable HandStrap — detaches for machine or hand wash
• Simple disassembly: unscrew cap and twist off nozzle for access

What capacity and specs should I expect for everyday training?

The Tempo Pro holds 525 mL (17 fl oz), balancing enough fluid for medium-length runs while keeping weight low. At 62 g it adds minimal mass to your kit, and the clear fuel window shows remaining volume at a glance so you can pace refills accurately.

• Capacity: 525 mL / 17 fl oz
• Weight: 62 g / 2.2 oz; Dimensions: 237 x 61 mm
• Materials: PP, HDPE, LDPE, TPU, neoprene, nylon, polyester

Who is this for? The HydraPak Tempo Pro is aimed at runners, fast hikers, and fitness enthusiasts who want a lightweight, secure handheld bottle that reduces hand fatigue and fits easily into vests or pockets. If you prefer a breathable strap, quick-access squeeze drinking, and dishwasher convenience, the Tempo Pro is built to fit those needs without extra bulk.
