IKURAM R 4-Bike Hitch Mount Rack for 2" Receiver — Foldable, Tilt-Down Heavy-Duty Carrier

IKURAM R 4 Bike Hitch Mount is a heavy-duty, foldable bicycle carrier that fits a standard 2" trailer receiver and transports up to four bikes securely.

Designed for families, group riders and weekend adventurers, this hitch-mounted rack combines rugged steel construction with fold-down convenience and an adjustable dual-arm layout to handle diverse bike frames. It ships with practical accessories—straps, a hitch tightener and a cross-bar adapter for children’s bikes—so you can install and carry bikes with minimal extra purchases. The powder-coated finish guards against corrosion, while the tilt feature keeps rear-vehicle access easy when bikes are loaded.

How does the IKURAM R handle different bike sizes and styles?

The rack uses a dual-arm architecture and generous spacing between cradles to accept road, hybrid, mountain and many kids’ bike frames without rubbing. Arms fold up when not in use for compact storage and transport. A supplied cross-bar adapter expands compatibility for small-frame or step-through bicycles.

• Dual-arm design keeps bikes separated and stable.
• Adjustable spacing accommodates varied frame geometries.
• Included cross-bar adapter fits children’s and step-through bikes.
• Protective cradles reduce frame contact and scuffing.

Will this rack fit my vehicle and install easily?

The IKURAM R is built for vehicles with a 2" receiver and installs with standard hitch hardware; the package includes a hitch tightener to reduce wobble and improve stability. Setup is straightforward and most users can mount the carrier with common hand tools in minutes. When not carrying bikes, the rack folds toward the vehicle to minimize rear overhang.

• Designed for a standard 2" receiver hitch.
• Hitch tightener included to limit play and noise.
• Quick-mount design for uncomplicated installation.
• Folds flat for storage and reduces rear clearance requirements.

How safe and durable is the construction for long trips?

Constructed from all-steel tubing with a protective powder-coated finish, this carrier resists bending and surface corrosion under regular use. Straps are supplied to secure each bike’s wheels and frames during transit, and the rack’s geometry minimizes lateral movement. Routine checks of fasteners and straps before travel will help maintain long-term reliability.

• All-steel frame for sustained load-bearing strength.
• Powder-coat finish protects against weathering and chips.
• Included straps secure wheels and frames to the rack.
• Hitch tightener reduces vibration and connection wear.

How does the tilt feature affect vehicle access and loading?

The tilt-down mechanism lets you access the rear cargo area without removing bikes; it’s designed for quick, controlled lowering and raising. This feature is useful at campsites or when packing gear, and it also reduces the need to unmount bikes to reach the trunk or tailgate. Make sure bikes are secured before tilting to prevent accidental contact.

• Tilts down for unobstructed trunk or tailgate access.
• Controlled pivot action reduces sudden drops.
• Keep straps fastened when using the tilt function.
• Fold-down arms simplify storage when not in use.

Who is this for? The IKURAM R 4-Bike Hitch Mount is aimed at active families, cycling clubs and multi-rider households who need a rugged, no-frills solution to carry several bikes on weekend trips or daily commutes. It suits drivers with a standard 2" hitch who want a dependable steel rack with fold and tilt convenience, plus the accessories needed to carry small and mixed-frame bikes without extra purchases. If you frequently travel with multiple bicycles and value stability, corrosion resistance and straightforward operation, this carrier is built for your needs.
