JFIT Neoprene Dumbbell Set of 2 — 3.18 kg Hex Hand Weights, Non-Slip Coated Comfort Grip

These JFIT dumbbells combine a solid cast-iron core with a cushioned neoprene shell to deliver dependable 7 lb resistance in a compact package. The hex heads keep each weight stable on floors, and the smooth 0.98-inch grip circumference reduces hand fatigue during repeated reps. Designed for easy storage and versatile use, this pair is color-coded and ready out of the box.

How will these dumbbells fit into my daily routine?

They work well for quick warm-ups, circuit training, low-impact cardio, and adding resistance to Pilates, yoga, or walking. Their compact size and light weight make them simple to carry from room to room or pack for travel.

• Use for warm-ups, cooldowns, and short strength sets
• Suitable for adding arm resistance to aerobic or dance classes
• Compact dimensions (approx. 2" wide x 1.7" high x 5" long) fit in gym bags
• Color-coded pair for fast weight identification

What makes the neoprene coating better than bare metal or vinyl?

Neoprene offers a softer, quieter surface that’s gentler on hands and floors compared with exposed metal or harder plastics. The non-slip finish helps maintain a secure hold through sweat and movement without needing extra tape or gloves.

• Soft, cushioned grip reduces friction and hand fatigue
• Protects hardwood and tile from scuffs during workouts
• Minimal out-of-box odor so you can train immediately
• Durable coating resists cracking and peels under regular use

Why choose hex-shaped heads instead of round dumbbells?

Hex heads sit flat on the floor, preventing rolling between sets and keeping circuits efficient and tidy. That flat profile also makes stacking and storage easier in small home gyms or closets.

• Stable six-sided shape prevents unwanted rolling
• Neat, stackable footprint for compact storage
• Convenient for floor-based moves and transition-heavy workouts
• Lightweight enough to move between rooms or bring on walks

How durable and accurate are these 7 lb dumbbells?

Each unit features a solid cast-iron core for consistent resistance across sessions, while the neoprene cover shields the metal from moisture and daily wear. JFIT tests these dumbbells to stay within safe thresholds so you can rely on them for repeated workouts.

• Solid cast-iron core for steady, reliable weight
• Neoprene coating resists daily wear and tear
• Minimal odor and tested below common safety thresholds
• Sold as a matched pair for balanced training
