JOOLA Perseus Double Vision 16mm Pickleball Paddle - Aramid Face, SK Film Dampening for Softer Touch

Built from JOOLA’s performance-first heritage and shaped for modern competitive play, the Perseus Double Vision 16mm refines feel and consistency without sacrificing durability. The paddle’s signature Perseus profile extends reach and power, while an engineered aramid surface and bonded SK film over a honeycomb core reduce harsh feedback and improve touch. Thermoformed construction through the handle and neck enhances structural stability so strokes feel solid and predictable.

How does the aramid surface change the paddle’s touch and durability?

The newly engineered aramid face provides a noticeably softer, more responsive feeling than traditional rigid carbon surfaces, helping players place shots with greater finesse. At the same time, aramid retains strong abrasion and impact resistance so the face stays consistent over time.

• Softer response for improved dinks and third-shot control
• Durable aramid fibers resist wear from repeated rallies
• USAP PBCoR.43 certification confirms tournament readiness

What role does SK Film and the honeycomb core play in comfort and feedback?

JOOLA’s SK film is bonded between the aramid surface and the honeycomb core to dampen vibrations and smooth out ball impact, which reduces arm fatigue during extended play. The honeycomb core preserves pop and responsiveness, creating a balanced feel between control and power.

• SK film lowers vibration for a softer hit and less shock to the arm
• Honeycomb core maintains consistent response and ball rebound
• Combined layers produce reliable touch across the hitting surface

Why choose the Perseus signature shape and what are the specs?

The Perseus signature silhouette is engineered for players who want added reach and leverage without compromising maneuverability. Thermoforming through the handle and neck increases structural integrity so you can swing confidently, while the ergonomic 5.5" handle supports comfortable grip control.

• Signature Perseus shape optimized for reach, power, and control
• Dimensions: 16.5" length x 7.5" width; weight around 7.8 oz
• Thermoformed handle and neck for stability and efficient power transfer

How do connectivity and support features enhance ownership?

The embedded NFC chip links your paddle to the JOOLA Connect App for quick registration and access to exclusive content and support. A 12-month warranty provides added confidence in craftsmanship and durability right out of the box.

• NFC-enabled registration and connections to JOOLA content
• 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects and customer support
