Kemp USA Emergency Mylar Blankets 25-Pack — Reflective Thermal Space Blankets, Compact Bulk Set for Survival Kits

Kemp USA Emergency Mylar Blanket 25 Pack are compact, aluminized polyester thermal blankets designed to help retain body heat and provide multiuse shelter and signaling options during emergencies.

These lightweight, reflective blankets come packaged in a 25-unit bulk set to outfit vehicles, households, workplace kits, and group preparedness plans. Each blanket folds down small for easy storage inside first-aid kits, backpacks, or emergency containers and is intended for general survival and outdoor support applications such as temporary shelter, ground cover, or signaling—rather than medical treatment.

How do these blankets help when you’re caught in cold weather?

The aluminized polyester film reflects a large portion of radiant body heat back toward the user to slow heat loss in cold, damp, or windy conditions. While not a substitute for insulated clothing, they add an effective barrier against heat escape and wind chill.

• Reflective surface redirects radiant heat toward the body.
• Thin, flexible material conforms to the body to reduce drafts.
• Works as an extra layer over clothing or sleeping bags for added warmth.

What practical uses do the blankets serve beyond warmth?

These mylar blankets are multipurpose tools useful in many emergency and outdoor scenarios. They can serve as ground tarps, improvised rain or wind shields, visibility signals, or moisture barriers to protect gear and people from damp ground.

• Use as a groundsheet under sleeping bags to block dampness.
• Create an emergency shelter or windbreak when tied or draped.
• Shiny surface doubles as a daytime signal for searchers or rescuers.

How compact and transportable are these blankets for kits and vehicles?

Each blanket folds to a small, lightweight parcel that fits easily into survival kits, glove compartments, or backpacks. The bulk 25-pack helps outfit multiple people or refill community or workplace emergency supplies without taking up much space.

• Individually compact for quick deployment from a kit or bag.
• Lightweight—adds minimal carry weight for hikers and responders.
• Bulk packaging simplifies distribution for groups or families.

How durable and weather-resistant is the material in outdoor conditions?

The blankets are constructed from aluminized polyester film that resists water and stands up to moderate outdoor use. They are intended for short-term emergency shelter and protection; for prolonged exposure or heavy abrasion, more rugged shelters are recommended.

• Water-resistant surface sheds light rain and dampness.
• Flexible film tolerates folding and repetitive use in temporary applications.
• Not designed as a permanent shelter material under heavy wear.

Who this is for: The Kemp USA 25-pack Emergency Mylar Blankets are suited for households building family emergency kits, vehicle safety compartments, outdoor groups, first responders assembling mass-care supplies, and organizations that need to distribute compact thermal protection across multiple people.
