Kipika 38" Heavy Duty Wall Mounted Pull-Up Bar — 200 kg Rated, Multi-Grip Home Gym Mount

The Kipika 38" Heavy Duty Wall Mounted Pull Up Bar is a robust, multi-grip wall-mounted doorway and home gym bar engineered for heavy loads and versatile upper-body training.

This compact wall-mounted system gives you the core, pull and hang space of a gym inside your home without bulky frames. Built from thick steel with a wide triangular mounting plate, the bar prioritizes stability and corrosion resistance so you can attach suspension straps, a heavy bag, or simply perform strict pull-ups and leg raises with confidence. The 38-inch span and six-inch clearance from the wall deliver enough room for full-range motion while the non-slip foam grips protect hands during longer sessions.

How does this bar stay stable during intense workouts?

The Kipika bar uses a reinforced triangular mounting plate with six fastener points to spread load across the wall rather than concentrating force in just a few spots. Heavy-gauge welding and a thick steel tube construction reduce flex, and powder coating protects the metal from moisture and wear. Together these features let the unit hold heavy dynamic loads safely when installed into appropriate anchors or studs.

• Triangular base plate with six bolt holes for even load distribution
• Thickened steel tube and reinforced welds minimize bending
• Black powder-coat finish resists rust and surface damage
• Rated to support up to 440 lb under correct installation

What exercise options does the Kipika pull up bar provide?

This bar supports a wide range of upper-body and core movements thanks to four distinct grip positions and a long straight span. You can switch between wide pull-ups, close chin-ups, neutral holds, or mixed grips to target different muscles. It also functions as a secure anchor point for suspension trainers and resistance bands to expand workout variety.

• Wide, narrow, neutral and mixed grip positions for varied pulls
• Enough span to hang straps, resistance bands, or a punching bag
• Non-slip foam sleeves protect hands during high-rep sets
• Suitable for pull-ups, chin-ups, leg raises, and hanging core work

How much space and what mounting requirements are needed?

The unit measures 38 inches across with a six-inch offset from the wall, creating comfortable clearance for body movement and attachments. Because the bar anchors loads into the wall, installation into solid studs or masonry with the supplied hardware is essential for safe operation. The package includes mounting components and clear instructions so setup can be completed with common tools in most garages, basements, or dedicated home gyms.

• 38" total width with 6" wall-to-bar space for full motion
• Mount to studs or masonry using included bolts and instructions
• Installation requires drill, level, and socket/wrench set
• Compact footprint ideal for smaller workout rooms and home gyms

How durable is the Kipika pull up bar for long-term use?

Durability comes from the heavy-duty tube, substantial welds, and protective finish that together stand up to repeated loading and indoor humidity. The powder coat helps prevent corrosion while the foam grips are replaceable if they wear over time. Regular inspection of mounting hardware and wall anchors will keep the system functioning safely for years.

• Heavy-duty steel tubing resists bending under load
• Robust welds at stress points extend service life
• Protective powder coating prevents rust and surface wear
• Removable foam grips reduce hand fatigue and are replaceable

Who is this for: The Kipika 38" wall-mounted pull up bar is aimed at home athletes, garage gym builders, and trainers who want a secure, space-efficient rig for bodyweight and suspension training. It suits users who need higher load capacity than door-frame pull-up bars, prefer a fixed installation for heavy attachments, or want multiple grip options to vary routines. If you have solid wall support and basic tools for installation, this bar provides a professional-feel anchor for long-term strength and core training.
