MARCHWAY Ultralight Folding Camping Cot – 2.22 kg Packable Cot, Supports 125 kg, Quick Tool-Free Setup

The MARCHWAY Ultralight Folding Camping Cot Bed is a compact, 4.9‑pound portable cot that packs into a small stuff sack and provides stable off‑ground sleep for campers up to 275 lbs.

If you want a reliably supportive sleeping surface that won’t weigh down your pack, this folding cot blends ultralight portability with a durable frame and ripstop fabric. Designed around a shock‑cord pole system, it assembles quickly without tools, giving you a flat, elevated bed that keeps you insulated from cold, damp, or rough ground. The cot’s low pack volume and easy setup make it a practical choice for backpacking, car camping, hunting excursions, and temporary guest bedding.

How fast and simple is the setup when you arrive at camp?

Setup is intended to be straightforward so you spend less time wrestling gear and more time relaxing. The cot uses a tent‑pole style shock‑cord assembly that unfolds and locks into place without any extra tools or complicated fasteners. Packing back down is just as quick, since the frame collapses into its compact shape and slides into the included stuff sack.

• Tool‑free shock‑corded pole system — assemble in minutes
• Compact 15.7” x 6.9” packed size for easy storage
• Light 4.9 lb weight to keep pack burden low
• Stuff sack included for neat transport and protection

Will it hold my weight and stay comfortable overnight?

The cot is engineered to support users up to 275 pounds using an aircraft‑grade aluminum frame and heavy‑duty ripstop nylon sleep surface. Five robust cross rods reduce sag and create a flatter lying plane, while ten anti‑skid feet and wide, non‑marring end caps keep the cot steady on uneven terrain. The off‑ground design isolates sleepers from cold or wet ground for a more comfortable night outdoors.

• Supports up to 275 lbs with reinforced cross‑rod structure
• Ripstop nylon fabric balances breathability and durability
• Wide non‑marring feet protect tent floors and add stability
• Raised platform keeps you away from rocks, mud, and moisture

How does this cot balance comfort with packability for backpacking?

This cot strikes a compromise between a full‑size camp bed and an ultralight shelter accessory by minimizing weight and packed dimensions while maintaining a roomy sleep surface. The sleeping area is sized to provide natural arm placement without feeling constricted, and the five cross rods minimize fabric sag for a firmer rest. At 4.9 pounds it’s light enough to include on many multi‑day outings or to stash in a car for quick overnight trips.

• Optimized surface area for comfortable arm and body positioning
• Five cross rods for reduced sag and improved support
• 4.9 lb weight fits many backpacking systems or car rigs
• Compact stuff sack saves space in packs or vehicle trunks

Where else can I use the cot besides backcountry camping?

Although designed with outdoor use in mind, this cot adapts well to many situations where a temporary raised bed is helpful. Use it for back yard weekends, hunting camps, beach trips, road‑trip rest stops, or as a spare bed in a guest room or home office. Its non‑marring feet and sturdy frame make it suitable on tent floors, grass, hard floors, or even gravel when you need an elevated sleeping surface.

• Ideal for hiking, hunting, and car camping scenarios
• Handy as a guest bed or office nap cot
• Stable on tent floors, grass, gravel, and solid surfaces
• Light enough to carry yet rugged enough for repeated use
