Matman Dynasty Kids Wrestling Headgear – Red low-profile ear guards, lightweight 3-point fit

Matman Dynasty Kids Wrestling Headgear is a low-profile, lightweight ear guard that protects young grapplers during wrestling, BJJ, and MMA training and competition.

Designed for youth athletes, the Matman Dynasty Kids headgear pairs structured ear cups with a soft outer shell to reduce impact and abrasion while staying comfortable for extended practice sessions. Available in two sizes—Dynasty Kids for smaller heads and Dynasty (Fits Most) for older kids and adults—this red headgear keeps straps simple with a three-point adjustment system so children can get a secure fit quickly before drills, live rolling, or tournaments.

How does this headgear protect my child’s ears during grappling?

The Dynasty headgear uses molded inner ear cups to disperse pressure and shield the ear from direct contact. The hard internal cup resists crushing forces while the soft outer covering reduces friction against partners and mats.

• Structured inner ear cups absorb and redirect impact
• Soft outer shell minimizes skin irritation and mat burns
• Coverage designed for takedowns, scrambles, and holds

Will the size and adjustment system stay secure during movement?

Yes—this model features a straightforward 3-point strap layout: top, back, and chin straps that tighten to a custom fit without excessive hardware. The low-profile silhouette keeps the guard close to the head, reducing shifting during fast exchanges.

• Three-point adjustment for a reliable, repeatable fit
• Low-profile design prevents snagging and bulk
• Choose Dynasty Kids for heads up to 20.5"; Dynasty fits most above that

Is the headgear comfortable for long practices and compatible with other gear?

Comfort was prioritized with lightweight construction and a padded outer layer over the hard cup. Because it’s designed to sit close to the skull and uses fewer straps, it pairs well with rashguards, singlets, and other protective equipment without feeling restrictive.

• Lightweight build minimizes fatigue during long sessions
• Padded shell reduces pressure points for training partners
• Easy to adjust and remove between rounds or matches

How do I care for and choose the correct size?

Measure head circumference and consult the size guide: Dynasty Kids fits head circumferences up to 20.5" (usually ages 7 and under), while Dynasty (Fits Most) suits larger youth and adults. The headgear is hand-wash friendly so it stays fresh between workouts.

• Hand-wash and air-dry to preserve padding and straps
• Measure around the widest part of the head for sizing accuracy
• Quick maintenance keeps odor and wear at bay

Who is this for: The Matman Dynasty Kids Wrestling Headgear in red is aimed at youth wrestlers, BJJ practitioners, and junior MMA athletes who need durable ear protection that doesn’t weigh them down. Coaches, parents, and club managers will appreciate the simple three-point adjustment and proven Matman durability, while kids benefit from a comfortable, close-fitting guard built for practice, competition, and daily training routines.
