Nathan Handheld Insulated Water Bottle 532 ml (18 oz) — Quick Squeeze Lite with Adjustable No-Grip Strap & Reflective Accents

Nathan's Quick Squeeze Lite is an 18 oz insulated handheld water bottle with an adjustable no-grip hand strap, high-flow push-pull valve, TPU grip, and reflective detailing for on-the-go hydration.

Designed for runners and outdoor athletes, this lightweight bottle balances easy access to fluids with secure, hands-free carry. The double-wall insulation keeps liquids cooler longer than a single-wall bottle, while the no-grip strap and ergonomic shape let you move without a constant squeeze. Reflective accents add visibility in low light, and the push-pull blast valve is built for quick sips while maintaining a steady flow.

How does the no-grip adjustable strap improve my run?

The adjustable hand strap wraps comfortably around your palm so you don't have to clench the bottle. It stabilizes the bottle while allowing your fingers freedom to relax, reducing hand fatigue on longer runs or hikes.

• Adjustable strap fits most hand sizes for a custom hold
• TPU grip prevents slipping when hands are sweaty
• Lightweight construction avoids added arm swing weight

Will this bottle keep my drink cold during a run?

Yes—double-wall insulation helps maintain cooler temperatures compared with single-layer bottles, making it practical for warm-weather training or long outings. It’s not a thermos for hours-long temperature control, but it noticeably slows heat transfer for typical runs.

• 18 oz capacity for ample mid-run hydration
• Insulated walls reduce warming from body heat
• Designed for frequent sips with fast valve flow

How easy is it to drink from while moving?

The high-flow push-pull blast valve delivers a steady stream without the need to stop or awkwardly tilt the bottle. The ergonomic squeeze shape and valve design allow you to hydrate quickly and return your focus to pace and terrain.

• Push-pull valve engineered for rapid hydration on the go
• Squeeze-friendly shape for one-handed use
• Valve seals to reduce leaks when closed

Does it add visibility for early-morning or night workouts?

Reflective detailing around the bottle provides 360-degree reflectivity to improve visibility to drivers and other trail users. It’s a practical safety touch for low-light runs or early starts.

• 360-degree reflective accents enhance visibility
• Works with headlamps and reflective apparel for added safety
• Subtle design keeps the bottle versatile for day use
