Pacer GTX 500 Speed Roller Skates Black M8/W9 – RTX chassis & 60mm wheels for fast, stable rides

Pacer GTX 500 Performance Speed Roller Skates are entry-level quad speed skates built with a padded speed profile boot, sturdy RTX chassis, Mach‑5 speed wheels and silver racing bearings for comfortable, fast rink sessions.

These Pacer Mach‑5 GTX500 skates blend the structure of a sport speed boot with the comfort and support a new skater needs. Designed to be wallet-friendly without cutting corners, they pair a reinforced RTX 295 chassis and fixed toe stop with 60mm Mach‑5 wheels and silver 5‑speed rated bearings. The sizing runs true to regular shoe sizes (half sizes size down), making it easy to pick the right fit and get rolling quickly.

How do the Pacer GTX 500 skates perform for beginners and entry‑level speed training?

The GTX500 is tuned for skaters starting speed or recreational racing: the speed profile boot and padded collar stabilize ankles while allowing a forward racing stance. The RTX chassis transfers power efficiently to the wheels, and the provided bearings deliver reliable roll without an expensive upgrade.

• Speed profile boot with power strap for a locked-in feel during strides
• RTX 295 chassis concentrates power transfer to wheels for quicker acceleration
• Silver 5 speed rated bearings offer consistent roll at a budget price

What comfort and fit features should I expect when wearing these skates?

Pacer designed the GTX500 with padding where new skaters need it most: around the ankle collar and inside the boot. The power strap complements the lacing to reduce heel slip and improve comfort over longer sessions at the rink.

• Padded collar cushions the ankle for extended wear
• Power strap secures foot placement and reduces internal movement
• True-to-size sizing guidance simplifies ordering and fit

Which components affect speed and control on these skates?

Speed and control come from the combination of Mach‑5 60mm x 40mm wheels, the RTX chassis, and the silver 5‑speed rated bearings. The wheel profile and durometer balance grip and roll, while the rigid chassis helps you push with more force and maintain stability through turns.

• Pacer Mach‑5 60mm x 40mm wheels for an all-purpose grip-to-speed balance
• RTX 295 fixed toe stop chassis for predictable braking and push mechanics
• Silver racing bearings that provide dependable rotation for training

How should I care for and maintain the GTX500 skates to keep performance consistent?

Routine maintenance extends component life and keeps roll quality high: wipe wheels and bearings after use, periodically check and tighten chassis hardware, and replace worn wheels or bearings before they affect handling. Store skates in a dry place away from direct heat to protect the boot materials and adhesive bonds.

• Wipe wheels and clean debris after each session to preserve grip
• Inspect and tighten chassis bolts and toe stop regularly
• Rotate or replace wheels and bearings when wear reduces performance

Who is this for: The Pacer GTX 500 Performance Speed Roller Skates are ideal for beginners, recreational racers and budget-conscious skaters who want a performance‑oriented quad with supportive padding, a rigid chassis and reliable bearings. If you want a comfortable first speed skate that will handle practice sessions, local races and long skate nights without an immediate parts upgrade, the GTX500 is a solid choice.
