ProSource ProSourceFit Classic Yoga Mat — 72" Extra Long Aqua, 3mm Thick Lightweight Non-Slip

The ProSourceFit Classic Yoga Mat is a lightweight, extra-long 72" (6ft) yoga mat with a 1/8" (3mm) cushioned, textured surface that provides stable, non-slip support for yoga, Pilates, and floor workouts.

This slim, traditional-width mat is built for people who want more length without extra bulk. At 72" long and 24" wide, it keeps taller users fully on the mat while maintaining a close-to-the-floor feel for improved balance and stability. The lightly textured finish enhances traction, the high-density foam absorbs mild impact, and the PVC formula is produced without phthalates, dioxins, furans, or heavy metals for everyday use.

How does the extra length help my practice?

The 72-inch length prevents hands or feet from hanging off during stretched poses, long flows, or seated stretches. That extra space reduces the need to reposition and gives taller practitioners room to move confidently.

• Full 72" length supports extended poses and transitions
• 24" width keeps a traditional practicing footprint
• Fewer adjustments during sequences for smoother flows

Is the 1/8" thickness comfortable enough and how stable is it?

The 3mm thickness offers a close-to-floor experience that favors stability and balance over deep cushioning. It still provides light shock absorption for joint comfort during floor exercises while keeping your center of gravity low.

• High-density foam cushions knees and elbows moderately
• Thin profile improves grounding and balance in standing poses
• Lightweight roll-up design for easy transport and storage

Will the surface grip hold up during sweaty sessions?

The mat’s subtle textured surface increases friction for better footing and hand placement, helping reduce slips in sweat-prone practices. For longest life, the mat is optimized for barefoot or sock use rather than shoes.

• Textured finish enhances traction for hands and feet
• Designed to perform during moderate perspiration
• Avoid using athletic shoes to prevent premature wear

How durable and easy to care for is this mat?

Constructed from tear-resistant PVC, the mat resists rips and cleans up with a simple wipe-down. The material is free from common toxic additives and is backed by a lifetime guarantee for added purchase confidence.

• Durable, tear-resistant high-density foam construction
• Wipes clean with mild soap and water for quick upkeep
• Made without phthalates, dioxins, furans, or heavy metals
