ProsourceFit Vinyl-Coated Kettlebell 11.3 kg — Extra-Large Handle, Low-Noise Floor Protection

ProsourceFit Vinyl Plastic Kettlebell, 25 lb is a vinyl-coated kettlebell built for versatile, low-noise strength and conditioning workouts at home or in the gym.

This 25-pound ProsourceFit kettlebell combines an affordable, concrete-filled core with a smooth vinyl shell to protect floors and reduce impact noise. Designed with an extra-large handle and a balanced profile, it supports swings, squats, presses, cleans and dozens of functional moves that develop strength, stability and coordination. The vinyl finish resists scuffs and makes the kettlebell easy to clean, while the wider handle helps you shift between one- and two-handed grips with confidence.

How does the 25 lb kettlebell fit into a home workout routine?

The 25 lb weight is a practical middle ground for many lifters—heavy enough for strength-focused sets and light enough for higher-rep conditioning. It works well for kettlebell swings, goblet squats, and Turkish get-ups when you’re building technique and power. Because it’s vinyl-coated, you can use it on wood, tile or rubber flooring without worrying about marks or loud drops.

• Ideal for full-body circuits, AMRAPs and interval sessions
• Good progression step between lighter and heavier kettlebells
• Low-noise operation supports apartment or shared-space training
• Easy to clean after indoor or outdoor use

What features make this kettlebell comfortable and safe to use?

ProsourceFit designed this kettlebell with an extra-large, rounded handle to accommodate one- and two-handed grips, reducing wrist strain and letting you focus on movement quality. The vinyl coating cushions contact points for palms and wrists, and its non-porous surface minimizes grab abrasion during repeated reps. The flat base lets the kettlebell rest securely between sets and enables floor-based exercises like renegade rows.

• Extra-large handle for secure, comfortable holds
• Smooth vinyl coating protects skin and reduces wear
• Flat base for stable placement and safer transitions
• Concrete core offers solid, predictable weight distribution

Will vinyl coating affect durability or performance?

The vinyl shell protects the concrete interior from moisture and scuffs, which keeps the kettlebell looking good through regular use. While not indestructible, the coating absorbs small impacts and reduces surface chipping versus bare concrete. Performance-wise, the vinyl does not materially change how the weight moves; it mainly improves grip comfort and floor safety.

• Vinyl reduces surface damage and visible wear
• Coating dampens impact noise compared to bare materials
• Suitable for indoor and occasional outdoor sessions
• Not recommended for repeated heavy drops on hard surfaces

How should I choose whether 25 lb is right for me?

If you’re progressing from light kettlebells or want a single versatile weight for both strength and conditioning drills, 25 lb is a common go-to. Beginners who can perform 8–12 controlled goblet squats or 10–15 swings with solid form will find it useful; experienced users often use it for higher-rep metabolic sets or accessory work. Consider pairing it with lighter or heavier kettlebells as your program advances.

• Choose 25 lb for mixed strength and conditioning sessions
• Use as a bridge between rehab/light loads and heavy training
• Combine with other weights for progressive programming
• Assess form on basic movements before increasing reps or load
