Salomon Soft Flask running hydration bottle 150ml Clear Blue — lightweight, high-flow valve

The Salomon Soft Flask 150ml/5oz is a lightweight, collapsible hydration bottle designed for runners who want fast sips, minimal bounce and a compact packable shape.

Engineered for trail running, road miles and mountain days, this soft flask combines a high-flow valve with a shrink-to-fit design so the bottle reduces its profile as you drink. Constructed from safe, BPA- and PVC-free materials and compatible with Salomon 28mm caps, it provides an uncomplicated, low-weight way to carry fluids during short runs or as back-up hydration on longer outings.

How does the Salomon Soft Flask make drinking on the move easier?

The high-flow valve delivers quick, controlled sips without needing to stop or slow down. The valve’s intuitive action is built for rapid access while your focus stays on the trail or road.

• High-flow valve for fast hydration during intervals and steep climbs
• Soft, squeezable body for one-handed sipping
• Leak-resistant closure keeps pockets and packs dry

Will the flask stay secure and avoid bouncing while I run?

Yes — the soft flask collapses as you drink, which reduces internal movement and limits bounce in pockets or vest holders. Its flexible profile conforms to pack pockets and vest reservoirs for a stable carry even on technical terrain.

• Shrinks with use to minimize sloshing and movement
• Lightweight construction reduces overall pack weight

Is this flask safe and compatible with other Salomon caps?

The flask is made from carefully selected materials and is free from BPA and PVC for safer drinking. It works with Salomon caps that accept a 28mm opening, giving you flexibility to pair it with alternate lids or accessories you may already own.

• 100% BPA- and PVC-free construction for worry-free use
• Material blend includes TPU, polypropylene and silicone for durability
• Compatible with 28mm Salomon cap systems for easy swapping

How much does it carry and when is it best used?

The Soft Flask holds 150ml (5oz), making it ideal as a lightweight emergency bottle, short-run hydration, or as an auxiliary bottle for fuel or electrolytes. It pairs well with longer routes when used alongside a primary reservoir or pack-based hydration system.

• 150ml / 5oz capacity for quick top-ups and short runs
• Packable and space-saving when empty or partially used
• Great for intervals, short trail loops, or as backup fluid storage

Who is this for? The Salomon Soft Flask 150ml/5oz suits runners, skiers and endurance athletes who need a minimal, no-fuss hydration option. If you want a lightweight, low-volume bottle that tucks away, reduces bounce and pairs with Salomon cap options, this flask is an efficient choice for short efforts, training sessions and as supplemental hydration on longer adventures.
