Seapisode 4-Bow Bimini Top Replacement Cover - Navy 600D Marine Polyester, Waterproof UV-Resistant

Seapisode's 4-bow marine-grade replacement bimini top cover is a heavy-duty, navy canvas canopy designed to resist fading, tearing, UV damage and water while slipping onto most 1" bimini frames without removing the frame.

Made for boaters who want a durable, ready-to-fit fabric replacement, this Seapisode bimini top uses thick solution-dyed 600D polyester and reinforced stitching so the canopy endures sun, rain and frequent use. The zippered sleeve system speeds installation and removal by sliding the cover onto the existing bows; there is no frame included. A storage bag in matching color is provided for convenient packing when not in use.

How does this canvas stand up to sun, salt and rain?

The cover is crafted from solution-dyed 600D marine polyester and double-stitched at stress points to resist UV degradation and moisture intrusion. The dyeing process locks pigment into the fibers so color retention is stronger than standard-coated fabrics.

• Solution-dyed 600D polyester resists fading from sunlight.
• Double stitching strengthens seams against tears and wind loads.
• Waterproof finish sheds rain and helps keep the cockpit dry.
• Engineered to block dirt and pollutants that accelerate wear.

Will it fit my boat’s bimini frame and how easy is installation?

This replacement cover is built to fit most four-bow bimini frames with tube diameters up to 1" and accepts both round and square tubing. Heavy-duty zippers run along the sleeve openings so the cover slides onto the bows without disassembling your frame, saving time during installation and removal.

• Universal sleeve design fits round and square tubes up to 1".
• Zippered pockets let you attach or detach without removing the frame.
• Reinforced zipper construction reduces breakage over frequent use.
• Includes matching storage bag for compact storage when not mounted.

What should I expect in terms of maintenance and lifespan?

Routine care is simple: rinse salt and dirt with fresh water and allow to air dry. The combination of solution-dyed fiber and reinforced seams prolongs service life by resisting common causes of deterioration such as UV fading and seam failure.

• Wash with mild soap and rinse thoroughly; avoid harsh detergents.
• Dry fully before storing to prevent mildew growth.
• Inspect seams and zippers seasonally and lubricate zippers if needed.
• Store in the included bag to minimize abrasion and sun exposure off the boat.

What comes in the package and what is not included?

The product ships as a fabric replacement only — no frame or mounting hardware is included. Seapisode provides a matching storage bag and backs the cover with a 1-year limited warranty to address manufacturing defects.

• Included: heavy-duty navy replacement cover with zipper sleeves.
• Included: color-matched storage bag for compact packing.
