Shouken Foldable Treadmill & Bike Mat 32" x 74.8" — Heavy-Duty Rubber, Waterproof Vibration-Absorbing

Shouken's foldable 32" x 74.8" treadmill and bike mat protects hardwood and carpet, absorbs vibration, and resists sweat for home cardio equipment.

This heavy-duty exercise mat is designed to sit under treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, and rowing machines. Made from dense, odor-free rubber, the mat shields floors from scratches and sweat, reduces equipment noise and vibration, and stays put with textured surfaces front and back. It's foldable for easy storage and can be trimmed for custom fit, making it a practical addition to any home gym.

How does this mat protect hardwood and carpeted floors?

The dense rubber layer creates a barrier between equipment and flooring to prevent dents, scuffs and sweat damage. Because it’s non-porous and sealed, liquids bead up on the surface rather than soaking in. The textured underside prevents sliding so equipment won’t shift during use.

• Thick rubber resists compression from heavy cardio machines.
• Sealed, waterproof surface repels sweat and spills.
• Non-slip texture on both sides stabilizes equipment on hard and soft floors.

Will it reduce noise and vibration during workouts?

Yes — the mat’s dense composition absorbs impact and dampens mechanical noise from moving parts. This reduces floor-borne vibration that can travel to other rooms or apartments. It's especially useful for morning or late-night sessions when quiet is important.

• Vibration-absorbing rubber minimizes thumps and rattles.
• Reduces resonance on hollow or suspended floors.
• Helps protect neighbors and family from noise transfer.

Can I trim or fold the mat to fit my space and equipment?

The mat ships foldable and can be cut with household tools to match your machine footprint or room layout. Folding makes it easy to transport and store when not in use. Be sure to measure your equipment first and trim a little at a time for a precise fit.

• Foldable design for compact storage and shipping.
• Cuttable material: trim to exact dimensions if needed.
• Recommended to measure equipment before trimming.

How do I clean and maintain the mat?

Maintenance is simple thanks to the waterproof finish — wipe spills away with a damp cloth and mild detergent when necessary. The sealed surface resists stains and odors, and the material is designed not to degrade, fade, or leach harmful chemicals. Regular wiping keeps it looking new and prevents sweat buildup.

• Wipe with damp cloth and mild cleaner; air dry flat.
• Non-porous finish prevents odor and staining.
• Durable material resists aging, fading, and PAH contaminants.

Who is this mat for? Shouken's foldable treadmill and bike mat is ideal for home exercisers who want to protect hardwood or carpet, reduce noise and vibration, and keep training areas clean. It's well suited for apartment dwellers, shared homes, people with high-end flooring, and anyone using small to medium cardio machines who needs a durable, low-maintenance floor solution.
