Sportout goalkeeper gloves — Youth & Adult positive-cut goalie gloves, Blue size 5 with reinforced finger spines and wear-resistan

Sportout Youth & Adult Goalie Gloves deliver reinforced finger protection and wear-resistant latex palms for confident, high-impact saves.

These goalkeeper gloves combine thick latex foam, a positive cut palm, and a backbone finger-sparing system to balance grip, cushioning, and injury resistance. Built from durable EVA and latex composites with a double-layer wrist closure, they are designed to stand up to repeated training sessions and competitive matches while staying comfortable across a range of ages.

How do these gloves improve catch and control during play?

The palms use wear-resistant latex in a positive cut to maximize contact area and ball control when catching, parrying, or redirecting shots. The latex surface is engineered for grip in common playing conditions while the positive cut brings your fingers closer to the ball for firmer handling.

• Wear-resistant latex palm for sustained grip life
• Positive cut increases ball contact and control
• Thick cushioned foam reduces rebound and absorbs impact
• Lightweight construction keeps hand mobility high

What protection features prevent finger and wrist injuries?

Sportout's improved BACKBONE finger save system supports against hyper-extension, while extra-thick padded latex in the palm cushions high-impact saves. A double-design wristband pairs elastic inner support with an outer velcro strap for better wrist stabilization and more secure fit during dives.

• BACKBONE finger spines resist hyper-extension
• Thick palm foam adds cushioning on hard shots
• Elastic inner wrist lining plus outer velcro strap for stability
• Stretch-strap allows micro-adjustment of wrist tension

Are these gloves durable enough for regular training and matches?

Constructed from high-quality EVA and latex composite materials, these gloves prioritize tear-resistance and long-term durability. The materials are chosen to withstand repeated impacts and abrasions encountered in both practice and competitive play.

• Composite EVA and latex resist splitting and wear
• Reinforced seams for prolonged life under stress
• Designed to perform across training sessions and matches
• Low-weight profile helps reduce fatigue over many saves

How do I choose the right size and care for them?

Size selection depends on hand measurements and playing preference; these gloves are available for youth through adult sizes, allowing a tailored fit for junior trainees up to high school and adult players. To extend lifespan, rinse salt and dirt after use, air-dry away from direct heat, and avoid machine washing.

• Check hand circumference against the size chart for best fit
• Rinse hands and palms clean after each session
• Air-dry naturally—avoid heaters or tumble dryers
• Store flat or gently stuffed to preserve shape
