Sports Research Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer — Large (White Logo), Contoured Latex-Free Neoprene for Enhanced Core Heat

Sports Research Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer Large (White Logo) is a contoured, latex-free neoprene belt designed to increase local heat and enhance sweating during exercise while staying flexible and secure.

Designed for athletes and fitness enthusiasts who want a lightweight, comfortable way to amplify core heat during workouts, this waist trimmer combines premium CR neoprene construction with a textured inner lining to reduce slippage. The contoured shape follows your movement so it stays in place through cardio, circuits, and resistance training. Use it alone or with Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer Gel for a fuller routine-driven experience.

How does this trimmer increase sweat during workouts?

The trimmer traps body heat around your midsection, raising skin temperature in the covered area. That elevated temperature encourages perspiration during movement, making sweat more noticeable so you can feel your training intensity.

• Premium CR, latex-free neoprene for superior insulation
• Contoured design seals around the waist to retain heat
• Textured inner lining helps maintain consistent contact with skin
• Lightweight construction minimizes restriction during activity

Will it stay in place during high-intensity training?

Yes — the trimmer’s contoured silhouette and textured interior help reduce slipping and bunching when you move. Its flexible material bends and stretches with your body, keeping the belt secure through dynamic exercises.

• Contoured cut follows natural waistline for a snug fit
• Textured inner surface reduces migration and moisture pooling
• Flexible construction allows full range of motion

What materials and sizes are available?

This waist trimmer is crafted from latex-free CR neoprene that balances durability with heat retention. It comes in five sizes so you can choose the best fit for your waist and workout style.

How should I use and care for the waist trimmer?

Apply it snugly around your midsection before exercise; pair with Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer Gel if you want an integrated routine. After use, wipe it clean and air dry to maintain material performance and longevity.

• Apply gel (optional) before securing the trimmer for best heat activation
• Wear during cardio, circuits, or core sessions for increased local heat
• Clean with mild soap and water, then air dry away from direct heat
