Sutekus Portable Camping Cot Ultralight Backpacking Cot — Black, 2.13 kg, 150 kg Capacity, Quick Assemb

The Sutekus Portable Camping Cot is an ultralight, quick-assembly cot that lifts you off the ground for a stable, comfortable sleep while backpacking, camping, or traveling.

Designed to balance weight, strength and compactness, this cot folds down to a 7" × 14" package and slips into a carry bag so you can bring a near-full-size sleeping surface without the bulk of a traditional cot. At 4.7 pounds and supporting up to 330 pounds, it targets hikers and travelers who need a reliable elevated bed that sets up without tools.

How quickly can I set this cot up and break it down?

Assembly uses a simple pole-and-bracket system that requires no tools. It takes a few practiced minutes to insert poles and secure the brackets; disassembly is even faster and everything packs into the included storage bag.

• No tools required — slot-and-bracket assembly.
• Estimated assembly time: a few minutes with practice.
• Disassembles to a 7" × 14" folded size for compact transport.
• Includes a carry bag for tidy storage and transport.

Will this cot be durable and stable on different terrain?

Stability comes from ten points of contact with the ground that distribute weight evenly, reducing wobble on uneven surfaces. The frame and fabric are engineered for repeated outdoor use, and the 330-pound rated capacity covers most users and gear combined.

• Ten ground contact points for balanced support.
• Rated to hold up to 330 pounds.
• Raised design keeps you off wet, rocky or cold ground.
• Robust fabric and poles suited to regular outdoor use.

How comfortable is the Sutekus cot compared with sleeping on a pad or the ground?

The elevated platform removes direct contact with hard or damp ground, eliminating pressure spots and the uneven support of rocks or roots. It offers a quiet, non-creaking surface that helps you sleep without frequent readjustment, and the 6.6" height provides room for airflow beneath the bed.

• Off-ground sleeping avoids cold or wet ground problems.
• Firm, supportive surface reduces pressure points compared with thin pads.
• Quiet frame minimizes creaks and disturbances at night.
• Side pocket keeps small items like phone or glasses within reach.

Is this cot suitable for backpacking or only car camping?

The cot is built with weight-saving measures to be portable for backpacking while still offering near-full cot dimensions. Its folded size and 4.7-pound weight make it a practical choice for multi-day treks when you prioritize off-ground sleep; those prioritizing every ounce may compare it to ultralight pad options.

• Folds to 7" × 14" to fit into most backpacks or travel bags.
• Weighs 4.7 pounds — a balance of portability and comfort.
• Full cot size (75" × 27.5") gives sleeping room comparable to many single cots.
• Works for car camping, overnight hikes, basecamp, and travel use.
