Tanden Kids Skate Protective Gear Set — Small (Ages 3–9) Knee Pads, Elbow Pads, Wrist Guards with Carry Bag, Lightweight Breathabl

Tanden Kids Skate Protective Gear Set is a complete small-sized safety kit—knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, and a storage bag—designed to protect children ages 3–9 during skating, scootering, cycling, and play.

Make first rides and practice sessions safer without slowing your child's progress. This Tanden set brings a balance of impact resistance, adjustable fit, and breathable comfort so kids can move freely while guardians feel confident. The set is lightweight and comes with a handy carry bag for easy storage and transport.

How does this set protect my child during falls?

The Tanden pads combine a rigid polypropylene (PP) outer shell with 9mm EVA foam padding to disperse and absorb impact energy. That dual-layer design lowers the force transmitted to joints while maintaining a compact profile that doesn’t hinder motion.

• PP hard shell resists abrasion and spreads impact across a larger area
• 9mm EVA foam cushions and reduces blunt-force transfer
• Wrist guards include rigid supports to protect against hyperextension

Will these pads fit my child and stay secure during activity?

Designed for children roughly 3–9 years old, the small size uses multiple elastic straps and adjustable fasteners so each piece can be tuned to the child’s limbs. The straps are easy for kids to manage but hold snugly during skating, biking, or playground use.

• Multiple adjustable elastic straps for a customized fit
• Snug but flexible fit preserves range of motion
• Simple on/off so children can learn to put them on independently

Are these pads comfortable for longer wear and active play?

Comfort was prioritized with skin-friendly fabric and breathable backing to reduce heat and friction. The inner lining is soft against skin, while the elastic cloth promotes airflow so kids stay cooler during extended sessions.

• Soft inner fabric minimizes chafing during movement
• Breathable elastic back panel improves ventilation
• Lightweight construction helps prevent fatigue

What comes in the package and how do I care for the gear?

The kit includes two knee pads, two elbow pads, two wrist guards, and a compact storage bag for tidy transport. For routine care, wipe hard shells clean with a damp cloth and air-dry the pads; avoid machine washing to preserve padding and fasteners.

• Complete 6-piece protection set plus storage bag
• Spot-clean shells and fabric; air dry thoroughly before storing
• Store in the included bag to protect straps and maintain shape

Who is this for: This Tanden protective gear set suits parents and caregivers seeking reliable, age-appropriate protection for young beginners and active kids aged about 3–9. It’s ideal for families introducing children to skating, scootering, cycling, longboarding, and playground activities who want a durable, adjustable, and comfortable safety solution that’s simple to use and store.
