It’s simple to care for, stows small in its included stuff sack, and is built to last with a lifetime warranty from The Friendly Swede. Below you’ll find quick answers to the most common questions buyers ask, plus practical details to help you choose.

How roomy and comfortable is this liner for adult sleepers?

The liner is made with smooth polyester fabric and sized to let most adults stretch comfortably inside. At 41 x 86 inches (105 x 220 cm) it gives extra space compared with narrow travel liners, and the soft feel reduces friction against your skin and other bedding.

• Generous internal dimensions suited to taller adults
• Pillow pocket keeps your head area from shifting during the night
• Satin-like polyester for a smooth, low-friction surface

How does the zipper design help when camping or staying in hostels?

This model features a full-length side opening with a double zipper that opens all the way down for easy entry and exit. The smooth, durable zippers make changing or ventilating simple, and you can partially unzip for extra airflow on warm nights.

• Full-length side zipper for quick access and better ventilation
• Double-slider construction allows opening from top or bottom
• Durable zipper track built for repeated use on trips

How compact and travel-friendly is the liner for backpacking?

Weighing about 9.17 ounces (260 g), the liner compresses to roughly 6 x 8 inches in its included stuff sack. That small pack size makes it easy to carry in a day pack, strapped to a backpack, or tucked into carry-on luggage without adding bulk.

• Lightweight at approximately 260 g, suitable for minimalist packing
• Included stuff sack compresses the liner to pocket-size
• Quick to roll and repack between uses

How does this liner protect hygiene and ease cleaning?

The liner creates a removable barrier between you and shared mattresses or your sleeping bag, catching sweat and dirt. It’s machine-washable, so you can launder it after hostel stays or camping trips to keep your sleeping bag cleaner and extend its life.

• Machine-washable polyester — easy to clean after travel
• Acts as a replaceable hygiene layer in hostels and hotels
• Helps preserve the insulation and interior of your sleeping bag

Who is this for? Travelers, backpackers, and anyone who sleeps in shared accommodations and wants a lightweight, roomy, and easy-to-care-for liner. It’s especially useful for taller adults who need extra interior space, people who prefer a full-zip entry, and those who value compact gear backed by a lifetime warranty from The Friendly Swede.
