Tubsalah 6.1 m Adjustable Agility Ladder Set (2-Pack) with Carry Bags — 12 Rungs, 12–18" Spacing for Speed & Footwork

Tubsalah’s 20ft adjustable agility ladder is a portable training ladder with 12 configurable rungs and a carry bag, built to sharpen footwork, speed, and coordination for athletes and fitness fans.

This lightweight, roll-up ladder pairs weather-resistant nylon straps with impact-resistant plastic rungs to deliver a durable practice tool that travels easily between the gym, park, and backyard. Rungs can be spaced from 12 to 18 inches to match skill level or drill type, and reinforced metal buckles keep the ladder secure during fast-paced exercises. The kit includes two ladders, two carrying bags, and a one-year warranty so you can set up multiple lanes or share with teammates.

How will this ladder improve my agility drills?

The adjustable rungs let you design progressive footwork patterns that emphasize quick steps, lateral movement, and acceleration. Repeating structured ladder drills trains neuromuscular coordination, helping you move more precisely under speed. Because spacing is customizable, the same ladder serves beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts.

• 12 adjustable rungs for varied drill complexity
• Spacing 12"–18" to match skill or sport
• Reinforced buckles to prevent shifting during sprints

Can I use it outdoors and how portable is it?

Yes — the ladder is designed for outdoor use with weather-resistant straps and impact-resistant plastic rungs that withstand typical outdoor conditions. It rolls up compactly and fits the included carry bag, so transporting and storing it is quick and tidy. Two ladders in the set let you create multi-lane drills or leave one at a training site while you take the other elsewhere.

• Lightweight roll-up design fits the carry bag
• Weather-resistant materials for parks and turf
• Two ladders for multi-lane training or group sessions

What makes the construction durable and stable?

Durability comes from tear-resistant nylon straps paired with impact-resistant plastic rungs that resist cracking under repeated use. Metal buckles reinforce each rung junction so the ladder stays flat and aligned during explosive movements. The materials combine to offer a long lifespan without heavy weight.

• Impact-resistant plastic rungs reduce breakage
• Reinforced metal buckles for secure connections
• Tear-resistant nylon straps for long-term wear

How do I adapt the ladder for different sports or ages?

Adjust rung spacing to create sport-specific patterns: tighter spacing for quick soccer or basketball footwork, wider spacing for sprint stride drills or football agility. For younger athletes or seniors, widen the timing between repetitions and keep spacing conservative to prioritize form. The same ladder supports HIIT, plyometrics, rehabilitation-focused mobility work, and team practice drills.

• 12" spacing for precision footwork drills
• 18" spacing for sprint and stride training
• Use paired ladders for partner drills or lanes
