Tuszom 1200D Solution-Dyed Golf Cart Cover for 2–4 Passenger Carts — Alloy Zipper Doors, Waterproof Protection

The Tuszom 1200D Solution-Dyed Golf Cart Cover is a heavy-duty, weatherproof protective cover engineered to shield 2–4 passenger carts from rain, UV, wind and wear while offering easy access through alloy zipper doors and a compact storage bag.

This cover combines marine-grade 1200D polyester canvas, a solution-dyed color process and reinforced construction to deliver long-lasting outdoor protection for Yamaha, Honda, Club Car and EZ GO style carts. Built to resist tearing, fading and water penetration, it includes two alloy zipper doors for quick access and a compact storage bag for tidy off-season or travel stowing.

How does this cover keep my golf cart dry in heavy rain?

The Tuszom cover uses a multi-layer barrier: a waterproof coating, PU backing, and seam-sealed construction that resists water pressure up to 11,000 Pa. Critical seams and zipper lines receive inner tape sealing and waterproof zippers to minimize leakage points.

• Waterproof coating plus PU backing for dependable moisture resistance
• Inner seam tape and double-stitched seams to block seepage
• Rust-proof #8 alloy zippers designed to stay sealed in storms
• Solution-dyed fabric prevents color-weakening when wet

Will this cover survive strong winds and avoid blow-offs?

Yes — the cover secures tightly with an elastic hem and adjustable ABS straps that wrap from tire to top, creating a low-profile fit that resists uplift. Windproof tension panels and corner reinforcements reduce stress on fabric and seams, making the cover stable during gusts.

• Elastic hem for a snug bottom seal around the cart
• Adjustable ABS straps anchor the cover to the chassis
• Wind vents relieve pressure while improving airflow
• Corner and double-stitch reinforcement prevent tearing

How durable is the material—will it fade or tear over time?

The solution-dyed 1200D marine-grade polyester is woven with colored yarns so pigment penetrates the fiber, delivering high fade resistance versus painted fabrics. Four-layer canvas construction with 280+ lb tensile strength and double-stitch reinforcement resists punctures and extends service life.

• Solution-dyed yarns for superior colorfastness and UV resistance
• 1200D heavy-duty canvas, thicker than 600D/420D alternatives
• Double stitching and corner reinforcement for tear prevention
• PU coating more heat-resistant than conventional PVC backings

Can I access equipment without removing the entire cover?

Yes — the design includes two alloy-zippered doors (side and rear) that allow quick access to stored items or controls without fully removing the cover. Hook-and-loop closures secure the zippers and keep the openings watertight when closed.

• Side and rear alloy zipper doors for convenient entry
• #8 rust-proof alloy zippers with hook-and-loop end closures
• Zippered access reduces handling and speeds routine checks
• Available storage bag for compact packing when not in use

It's a strong choice for golf course fleets, residential cart owners, seasonal storage or anyone who wants easy access via zipper doors plus a tidy storage solution.
