Under Armour football mouthguard Armour Air Lip Guard Gold One Size — instant-fit, breathable lip & braces protection

Under Armour Armour Air Lip Guard is an instant-fit football mouthguard that protects lips and teeth while maximizing breathing with a wide airflow channel.

This gold one-size mouthguard from Under Armour is built for players who want immediate comfort, lip coverage and breathability without molding. It pairs a low-profile bite pad and lip shield into a single piece that can be used with or without a strap, and the materials are BPA- and latex-free. The design also accommodates braces, so athletes with orthodontic appliances can stay protected during practices and games while keeping treatment in place.

How does the Armour Air Lip Guard protect my mouth during football?

The lip guard covers both upper and lower lips and integrates a bite pad to help distribute impact forces away from teeth and soft tissues. It uses Under Armour’s Bite Flex absorption elements to manage shock while maintaining a slim profile that doesn’t hinder movement.

• Full lip shield protects both upper and lower lips from direct contact and collisions
• Integrated bite pads absorb and disperse impact energy
• Durable construction resists tearing from repetitive use

Will I be able to breathe and communicate easily with this mouthguard?

Yes. The Armour Air Lip Guard includes a large central breathing channel designed to increase airflow for easier breathing during intense exertion. The open channel also helps players speak and call plays with less muffling than solid-block mouthpieces.

• Wide breathing channel promotes oxygen flow during fast-paced activity
• Low-profile bite pads reduce bulk around the mouth for clearer speech
• One-size instant fit keeps the guard securely positioned without distorting the airway

Do I need to boil or mold this mouthguard before using it?

No molding is required — the Under Armour Armour Air Lip Guard is an instant-fit design meant to work straight from the package. The mouthpiece slips into place and maintains a comfortable fit through integrated bite pads and a contoured lip shield.

• No heat or trimming needed; ideal for quick use at practice or games
• Designed to sit securely for both youth and adult sizes in one option
• Option to attach a strap gives extra retention when preferred

Can athletes with braces use this mouthguard safely?

Yes — the Armour Air Lip Guard is compatible with braces and orthodontic hardware. Its instant-fit, low-profile design accommodates brackets and wires while providing a protective barrier, so players can keep braces on and continue participating safely.

• Orthodontic-friendly profile fits over brackets and wires
• Protects orthodontic investment by shielding hardware from direct hits
• Comfortable fit reduces irritation around appliances during movement

Who is this for? The Under Armour Armour Air Lip Guard is aimed at athletes — youth or adult — who need a quick, effective mouth protection option for football and contact practice. It suits players who prioritize breathability, comfort and lip coverage, and who may need an orthodontic-friendly solution without the hassle of molding.
