Volvik Vivid Soft Golf Balls One Dozen — Orange, 70 Compression, Soft Matte Finish for Greenside Control

The Volvik Vivid Soft Golf Balls are a one-dozen pack of low-compression, brightly colored golf balls engineered for softer feel, reliable greenside control, and visible flight.

These Volvik Vivid Soft balls combine a newly developed I2 cover and a patented soft matte finish to give everyday golfers a comfortable impact and clear visual tracking on the course. With a 70-compression core and a 322-dimple shell, they are optimized for players with moderate swing speeds who want consistent flight, good stopping power around the green, and the advantage of bold color options like orange for easier locating.

How do these balls feel and perform on full shots?

On full swings the 70 compression core delivers a noticeably softer impact than higher-compression tour balls, which can translate to more feel and less vibrations on mishits. The 322-dimple pattern helps stabilize launch and reduces unwanted wobble, so distance is steady without sacrificing the soft sensation at contact.

• 70 compression for softer impact and comfort
• 322-dimple design for smoother, more stable flight
• I2 cover balances durability with responsive feel
• Bright orange color aids tracking through the air

What control can I expect around the green?

The I2 cover and soft construction prioritize spin and touch on chips and pitches, helping you stop shots more quickly on the putting surface. The soft matte finish increases grip between clubface and ball, giving better bite on wedge strikes without sacrificing roll on putts.

• Excellent greenside spin for improved stopping power
• Soft matte coating enhances club-to-ball interaction
• Consistent behavior on delicate short-game shots

Who benefits most from the Vivid Soft balls’ construction?

These balls are tailored to golfers whose swing speeds are moderate and who prioritize comfort and control over maximum tour-distance. The combination of lowered compression and aerodynamic dimpling supports players seeking reliable performance, easy visibility, and trustworthy short-game behavior.

• Designed for moderate swing speeds and everyday players
• Ideal for golfers who value feel and short-game control
• Bright color choices reduce time searching for lost balls

How durable and practical are they for regular play?

The I2 cover improves resistance to scuffs and nicks compared with basic covers while the soft matte finish resists shiny wear, keeping the ball looking new longer. Colorfast pigmentation and a durable shell make them a practical choice for frequent rounds without sacrificing performance.

• I2 cover engineered for enhanced durability
• Soft matte finish resists visible wear and glare
• Multiple bold colors available including orange for visibility
