WIWIGO Beach Blanket Mat — Waterproof Sandproof Nylon, Roomy Sizes for 2–8 Adults with Sand Pockets & Stakes

WIWIGO's waterproof, sandproof beach blanket mat provides roomy, quick-drying ground cover for 2–8 adults, complete with sand pockets, anchor stakes, carry bag, and a carabiner for easy transport.

This lightweight outdoor mat is designed for beach days, picnics, camping trips, and park outings where sand, damp ground, or wind can spoil your setup. Built from nylon that dries fast and resists sand cling, it stores compactly in a buckled tote carry bag and includes four ABS anchor stakes, four corner sand pockets, and a carabiner so you can secure it to a larger bag or stroller.

How big is the mat and how many people can sit on it comfortably?

The WIWIGO blanket comes in sizes made to accommodate small groups up to larger gatherings, comfortably seating between two and eight adults depending on the chosen size. Its wide surface provides space for towels, a cooler, and gear without crowding.

• Multiple size options suitable for couples up to family groups
• Room for towels, snacks, and small coolers
• Flat, even surface for sitting, lounging, or light gear

Is the material actually sandproof and waterproof, and how do I clean it?

The mat is constructed from sand-resistant nylon that repels water and dries quickly, so moisture and fine sand don’t stick to the fabric like traditional blankets. For maintenance, it supports machine washing and air drying to restore a fresh, sand-free surface.

• Nylon fabric designed to resist sand adhesion
• Waterproof coating keeps dampness from seeping through
• Machine washable for easy cleanup after outdoor use

How does WIWIGO keep the mat anchored on windy beaches?

To prevent blowaways, the mat includes four triangular sand pockets at the corners plus four durable ABS anchor stakes. You can fill the corner pockets with sand or small rocks, or use the stakes to pin the mat into soft ground for added stability.

• Four corner sand pockets for weighted anchoring
• Four ABS stakes to secure the mat in soft earth or sand
• Carabiner to clip the folded mat to a bag for transport

What other outdoor activities is this mat suited for besides the beach?

While perfect for sandy shores, the WIWIGO mat adapts to many outdoor uses thanks to its waterproof, fast-drying surface and compact carry format. It works well for picnics, camping, hiking rest stops, fishing breaks, outdoor sports sidelines, and playground visits.

• Picnics and park outings — wipes clean easily
• Camping groundsheet or lounging area near a tent
• Hiking or festival seating — folds into a compact tote bag
